Where Everybody Knows Your Name!

OK, I admit it. I broke a rule twice on this trip, once in Paris and once in Palma ( cafe espana) and both places were bars. I went twice to the same place. My golden rule of traveling.. Never go to the same place twice!!! The first night was planned. PSG was playing Chelsea on Wednesday, and my... read more

we travelled as a group of six, three couples and travelled for 2 nights and three days. We had breakfast here each morning and coffees in the afternoon and it was lovely. Great selection on the menu, well priced and the service was great. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area.

With all the fine places to eat in Paris and all of them having their specials written on a chalkboard outside, mostly in French and hard to understand, my daughter and I took a shot with this one....and it paid off! We went for lunch and my daughter wanted to eat escargot one more time and luckily they had it... More

This is a nice and cozy cafe with good service and fair prices. The escargot were above average and the special of the day (the one that was available) was a hearty pork with lentils. The crowd for late lunch was mostly locals, which is always a good sign.

We started with a cocktail and decided to have some dinner as well. The onion soup was very nice and so was the rest of food. The location is on a corner and after dinner it was nice to have a short walk to the eiffeltower :-)

Great meal, decent pricing. The Raclette share plate was a highlight and the burger was terrific too. Excellent location , near the Eiffel Tower on the Rue de Cler with a great surrounding market.

A comfortable small cafe' in which we had drinks. 2 Irish coffees, 2 chardonnay total $28.00 USD!!!! Unheard of in Paris. We sat at the bar and conversed with the bartender. Also, unheard of in Paris. Located on the Rue Grennelle, typical French cafe' . Good drinks, friendly, great value for Paris. A 15 minute walk from Rue Clar. Comfortable... More

This is a nice restaurant in a good location. We found the food was pretty good, and good value. The tables are quite close together though, so you don't really get much of a romantic or intimate feel. There were tables available at the back of the restaurant which were more private, but we were not offered these and yet... More

Just back from a 4 night break in Paris. This restaurant near to our hotel and chose it for a meal on our third night. There were 4 of us and we all had something different from the menu. All thought the food was great and the overall cost reasonable for what we had to eat and drink. So much... More
