Stumbled on this bistro and it was great

We had made an online reservation for another restaurant on this street, and when we got there it was closed. We lucked out, as the dinner here was great. Our waiter was very helpful in recommending dishes and wine. We had the lamb shank and steak, and both plats were very good. Our starters... read more

We had booked this restaurant after reading all the great reviews here and elsewhere, a few months before our trip. The location was a short walk from our hotel near the Eiffel Tower which was lovely, especially on the way back with the the Tower lit up. The restaurant was full, so glad we did book. Very friendly staff, convivial... More

The 7eme Vin was perfect for us. Small, cozy, friendly, and outstanding food. We were lucky enough to be staying a short walk away, however, this restaurant is well worth any extra effort to get there. Reservations are recommended, remember it is small, but not rushed. It is a dining experience.

We found this little restaurant on TripAdvisor and we are so happy we stumbled upon this cozy, little restaurant. The food is really AMAZING, authentic french food at its best. Well worth a try. The duck breast was so delicious and the service and atmosphere is five star!!

We were staying in the area and came upon this restaurant by accident. The waiter was very nice so we made a reservation for that evening. We were not disappointed. We had a table by the window and were able to people watch. This is a small place and the waiters are moving like crazy although this did not bother... More

My husband, daughter and I had the pleasure of dining here on Bastille Day 2015. The place the throbbing with guests but we waited only 20-30 minutes. We were not at all disappointed with the authentic and delicious french dishes that we received. My daughter's lamb was tender, my husband's duck was sensational and my fish was good. For desert... We dine in when we stay at Hotel Prince which is just beside it. Only one waiter (or owner) working at front when we were there, Good menu with english version, friendly. The choices of food is fine.

Although a table wasn't available at our reserved time, they did give us a drink and the evening was beautiful, so we did not mind. The food was disappointing though. I ordered the scallops with tomato and basil to start, and what came out was scallops in what I can only describe as a marinara sauce, which was completely overpowering.... More

We pre-booked 7eme vin via thefork to have dinner after a champagne cruise on the Seine. The food was only average, unfortunately. The sirloin steak I ordered rare, but it was very fatty and this did put me off finishing it. My partner enjoyed his meal, so it could just be the steak that's problematic. The wine was lovely however... More
