Description: Le Petit Bordelais features regular in the restaurant columns of French newspapers and magazines. This chic fine dining restaurant is between les Invalides and the Eiffel Tower. The décor is sophisticated and the service warm and welcoming. There is a definate South West influence in the regularly changing menu, for example the side of beef in a Bordeaux sauce.

I am SO glad we found this restaurant! We loved that it was a small and quaint authentic french restaurant that is not frequented by tourists. We were surrounded by locals and loved the experience. The food was definitely five star gourmet french food which my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed! The waiters were very helpful and friendly, and since... More

My wife and I went for dinner and both had the chef's tasting menu and wine pairing. Each course was very enjoyable and the wine was wonderful. The service was great and the chef was a very friendly man who came to each table to speak with the diners about their experience. Would highly recommend it for a special night... More

Jennifer and I had the pleasure of dining here 9 October 2014 to celebrate (commiserate) our last night in France. Jennifer's son had recommended we visit it. Jennifer had the rack of lamb and i the sea bass. Both meals would rate as good as we have had. It was a meal where I even slowed down my eating to... More

Visited the restaurant for dinner & opted for the 3 course meal (starter, main & desert) + 2 glasses of wine + coffee for €48.5. The best value for money in Paris!

The tables around us had two extra menus that we didn't get and when I've asked they waiter about it he wasn't very happy to explain. The price was way too hight for an average dish. Also, there was no music which made the place very grim.

We read the trip advisor reviews of Le Petit Bordelaise and expected more than we found. The food was good but orders were served inverted so we spent time passing plates back and forth. All in all, it was a pleasant evening but not exceptional, especially for Paris. The menu was limited and none of us were hungry enough to... More

We happened to be in Paris at the same time as our good friends so I made reservations at this cute bistro. The good was excellent and fairly reasonable for Paris. The sea bass was perfectly cooked and others really enjoyed the lamb and veal. Similar to most restaurants in Paris the service was good but less attentive then we... More

The Front Desk agent at our hotel had recommended we try this place for lunch. What a pleasant surprise! We had an amazing meal, for lunch my wife ordered the Turbot and I had the Veal. Both entrees were filled with wonderful flavor and the proteins literally melted in your mouth. Our server was excellent, unfortunately I know just enough... More

We went to this restaurant six years ago for my husband's 60th birthday and loved it. Went again and thought it was OK. The food was very good, but not spectacular and not worth the price. Also, the waiters were cold and indifferent. The chef came out to deliver the food and was friendly but the waiter - while not... More
