"Paul" is all over the world! What may be good, may be bad ... At Rue de Buci, in the very heart of Saint-Germain de Prés quarter in Paris, "Paul" is generally a good option for breakfast, light meals or just for a quick coffee. Last June, we found "Paul's" breakfast at its general standards and prices, but quite understaffed.... More

We have been. Coming to this rstaurant for many years and this time we were disappointed in the service. Clients were lined up to be seated while the restaurant had many empty tables but no one to seat the waiting customers. We left after waiting ten minutes..this waiting happened every time we went so this wasn't an isolated experience. We... More

The bakery is excellent by any measure but this is a chain and they do process people more than your basic neighborhood café. Good quality but mediocre service. Also, a bit pricey.

Paul is a very good place to have breakfast, a light lunch or a coffee break. Whatever we tried is so far good. But especially Tarte au citron is my family's fav. There is either a tea room inside or free tables outside. To have a tea/coffee with a tarte at the outside tables and watch the life going out... More

Multiple locations and they have the best croissants and cheese bread sticks in Paris. Very good coffee as well. Great way to start your day.

Don't know how many Paul bakeries there are in Paris, but there are several at least. We stopped at the one by the Garnier Opera for a late breakfast while we waited for our tour time. We had Chocolate croissants and drinks and the pastries were as good as any we had in Paris. But then we didn't have a... More

I didn't got to this one specifically but while spending a week in Paris I stopped into several Paul bakeries. The service was friendly and it was a place I knew I could always get fresh french bread. A must for any tourist to sample.

We needed a place to just grab a small bite and wait until the Catacombs opened. Had a hot chocolate and muffin here, both were delicious and fairly priced. The staff was also very nice, I would go to another Paul's again.

Paul is the quintessential cafe on the Left Bank. Packed for breakfast, the food was scrumptious. The eggs perfect and the must try is the chocolate almond croissant! Not to be missed! It has its own bakery so you can take croissants, macaroons, and bread home with you..which we did, of course! You can sit outside or in, leisurely taking... More

We loved the quiche. The prices were reasonable compared to a lot of restaurants. The caramel tart was the best.
