We were told this place was excellent brunch spot and after a long walk to get there on a Sunday we were turned away by 3 waiters in an empty restaurant as we did not have a reservation. You hear more about this in Paris these days, some of the more traditionally French restaurants and Bistro's turning away foreign visitors.... More

We went to have dinner with a couple resident in Paris, who despite not knowing the restaurant had heard good reviews about it. Being a typically French restaurant the duck is the specialty. I must start by saying I do not like duck but nothing like this influenced my review. I decided to order chicken accompanied by a puree, to... More

Offers a very nice brunch, as the waiter explained to us you only pick your drink. Then you will be served waves of food including, pastries, bread, jams, eggs, olive muffin, yogurt, ravioli(like macaroni and cheese), fruit, salmon salad, and cucumber salad. It was all very good and neat place. BTW across the street is a store offering some of... More

The food was quite acceptable but the service was terrible - not because it was too slow but because it was too quick! Going to a restaurant for dinner is not just an eating experience it should be a pleasant and, if that's what you want, also a leisurely experience. Our orders were taken very quickly and the starters appeared... More

The Mozarrella salad, Filet du Beef and Tart taten were excellent. Service was great, waiters were really friendly and spoke English well enough to explain the French only menu. Prices were really reasonable for such great food. I stayed in a hotel nearby for a few nights and came back for dinner 3 nights in a raw. Highly recommanded !

In the increasingly trendy Canal Ste Martin district. Mostly business types for lunch and you can hear you companions. American spoken.Wait staff helpful once they are engaged. Head guy offered us Zagermeister at the bar with some hipsters but we passed.

Went there with my friends for a quick lunch, and everything is good - the service, the food, the atmosphere. I think their lunch menu is very affordable and food is pretty well done, fresh and nice. If you are nearby and looking for good lunch, this is the place.

Dinner with two business colleagues. Service was very helpful and attentive. Wine suggestions were appropriate and reasonably priced. Food was very good, not fancy, but very well presented, tasty and satisfying. Atmosphere is light-hearted and fun. Small room, might be noisy if full, but it was neither on a Sunday night.

The place is beautiful and very elegant, perfect for a dinner with your partner, the food is amazingly good and they have a good choise of wines. It's a little bit too expensive not for the quality but for the amount of food.

The restaurant is classy, nicely decorated and has good and quick service. Typical French menu (two veal courses, magret de canard, and mostly other meat dishes). Their desserts were also very good and well presented. Prices are high (main courses 18-24 Euros, starters 10-12 Euros), although portions were good. Worths a visit, for the ambience and the service and also... More
