Nice food, location and staff

I was there with a colleague searching for some home made food, and found this place. We ordered chicken and it was delicious (I still can remember how good the fries were), everything in the menu looked really nice. If I must say something bad (and it is not only for this restaurant, but for... read more

My family and I had a great experience here. We walked 5-10 minutes from the Eiffel Tower and found this cafe. Our waiter was very friendly and the atmosphere was nice. We sat outside and enjoyed people watching and the view of the street while waiting. I ordered the roasted chicken with potatoes, which was fantastic. I would recommend this... More

Not only a business area restaurant but too a gastronomic Food with good choses and in a typical style of french brasserie. I sincerely invite You to spend a good lunch or dinner in Le COPERNIC. The Food is very good with a large wine's carta.

A great place after a long day of travelling. Had skirt steak and frites, my husband had a cheesburger. Delicious. A come as you are kind of place, friendly, competent wait staff, just a block away from our hotel, Best Western Victor Hugo.

We had beef entrecot which was just ok. the piece of meat was not of the best quality and we had to wait a bit too long. Overall the atmosphere is good and the staff helpful but it is too crowded.

Located on a lovely street close to our hotel so it was handy the day we arrived to grab a bite of lunch. It is pricey so one had French breakfast and one had english breakfast. Croissants a bit stodgy and bread a bit hard tea and coffee very cold BUT the freshly squeezed orange juice was yummy and chilled... More

We ate dinner here and really enjoyed the food and service. The waitress was very friendly and suggested things from the menu - the price was very reasonable for the quality of food and the desserts were fantastic.

a nice neighborhood restaurant, it was crowded for dinner. There were couples and groups and one person fining alone. Food was good as was the service. I found the meat a tad undercooked but the fries were excellent as was the desert. Bread was fresh and the "terrine" was very good. A place to return yo when one wants a... More

We enjoyed a 3 course meal and a bottle of wine for 37 EU each. Inc. Salmon/Snails starter, fillet steak main (5 eu supp), then choc melt/4 cheeses. Very cosy and lovely staff.

Staying in Trocadero

Neighborhood Profile
Trocadero
This is the neighborhood of grand and impressive Haussmann-designed apartments and buildings. National museums overlook the Eiffel Tower and embassies fill the avenues and streets. Locals head to the butcher, florist, or bakery on their daily rounds amidst luxury and splendor, all with a view over Paris and its most famous tower. Snuggled in between the grand buildings are small art galleries and homes of historical significance. With a rich legacy from 19th century politics, art, and architecture, you can’t help but be reminded of the belle époque, the Universal Exhibitions and the nobility that have frequented and shaped these streets.
