This is the best Thai restaurant that I have been to in Paris. My favourite dish is the red chicken curry - lots of flavour and fresh ingredients! Much more authentic than any of the other Thai restaurants that I have visited in Paris. The portion sizes are good and the staff are very friendly!

We ordered from Iyara last night for thé first time, relying on the star rating on alloresto.fr. Thé results were so dissapointing. 1). Be prepared to make à second meal. I have dined at hundreds of Thai restaraunt, and never seen a curry portion so small. Had the bœuf curry rouge; while thé taste was nice, the beouf was just... More

That's how good the food is! Started with some pumpkin soup and had the lamb as an entree. Luckily there was plenty of bread to get all the gravy. We licked the bowls clean!

We wanted to try Thay food, and thanks to the reviews from TripAdvisor we had an amazing experience. We arrived a few minutes before closing time (we didn.t know), so it was calm. It is very cozy, with soft music, wich makes it a very relaxing place to talk and enjoy the food. The staff was very kind and helpfull....A... More

We love Thai cuisine and decided to try Iyara for dinner on our last night in Paris. It's clear why this spot has lots of good TripAdvisor reviews. Everything we ordered was virtually flawless: chicken and shrimp spring rolls, a beef dish and chicken curry. The menus are a good deal, especially for two courses. The restaurant felt calm even... On a previous trip to Paris, we had eaten at a Thai Restaurant that we loved but is now a Japanese Restaurant. We were informed by the staff of the former restaurant, that the Iyara Restaurant at 57 Rue Caulaincourt, was in some way connected with the ownership of the original Thai restaurant and that we should give the Iyara... We went for lunch based on the trip advisor reviews. It is a good Thai restaurant,if clearly not the best in Paris, and service was quite welcoming. Not necessarily an event worth a specific trip, but a fine choice if you happen to be in the area.

Found this restaurant using a TripAdvisor search for Montmartre as our friends wanted vegetarian. We found the food to be an excellent combination for French and Thai. I had the duck, and it was very good, even though it was served with rice that I normally do not care for.
