The nice place for lunch, especially for the person who love "daily lunch around your office" with your colleague;)

Although there are many Japanese restaurants where serve Sushi and Ramen, of course they are totally far from the original one you can enjoy in Japan, this restaurant is the place you can enjoy various Japanese-style lunch. I felt like a nostalgic, I remembered the same atmosphere as the... read more

If you're by yourself and Japanese, I'm not sure if you should come here. It's a very unpleasant stuffy space to be by yourself. Food is average(reminds me of elementary school meals) and price is ok, but their manner and service seem very blunt and machinery. Actually I felt offended when I was asked curtly to move the seat... More

A Japanese restaurant usually means: sushi or noodles! Chez Miki is much more than this. It is the authentic Japanese food. A Japanese friend suggested me this place. They have a written hand menu on a blackboard full of different entrées and main dishes: I loved their potato salad their scallops with ponzu sauce and their fried shrimps. I am... More

You have to wait longtime in a very uncomfortable narrow place. But the food is quite good real Japanese. The room is very uncomfortable because they squash too many people. They don't care if you enjoy your meal or not actually the way they serve is McDonalds style. But still the food is quite good. While... More

My husband and I went to Chez Miki for lunch. We found the restaurant to be located in a fun neighborhood. The restaurant is quite small, but offers an opportunity to get to know the three wonderful hostess/chef. We had a lunch bento meal for 15EU, which included two side dish and one main dish. I recommend the garlic pork... More

Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighborhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighborhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theaters, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
