Very good onion soup.

I had the onion soup and would eat more ( and I'm not big on onions!). It around 9pm...it was empty, but it was cosy and warm. They also have good boeuf bourguignon. I had the steak, but it was overcooked. French fries were good too, and fresh.

Lovely atmosphere, relaxed and friendly. Onion soup and chocolate mousse were amazing. Good value too.

Very friendly, very polite stuff, very good food, great atmophere. We ordered one of the ready made menus plus some extra dishes. Everything were as suposed to be and we felt that we didnt paid for something we didnt wanted (value for money).

It is a little place with REALLY GOOOD ONION SOUP but other than that it was not that great. the entrees where quite bland. The service was blah and i was with people that spoke french so i was surprised. i guess you get what you pay for with the set menus...... it came out to like 95 euros for... More

This quaint little restaurant is just down from the Place du Tertre. It's great value for Paris, offering set menus (I think the one I had was ?17 or so). The cassolet was delicious, as was the chocolate mousse, and helpings are large. I also had a half litre of wine for not too much! Its clearly a Tripadvisor favourite... More

This is a lovely, atmospheric restaurant serving classic French dishes. They are excellent and very well priced. The restaurant is small and is very busy. Highly recommended. Arrive early to get a place.

The best dinner that I had in Paris. You choose from a selection of three different price ranges and select the three courses you want.

We were staying in Montmarte area and stumbled across this wonderful little restaurant. Full of character and really reasonable prices. I took my young sister and her friend along, so we were on a bit of a budget and were very happy to be able to get a 3 course meal for under 15 euros each. I would highly recommend... More

Neighborhood type restaurant away from the touristy places and shockingly large portions compared to everywhere else we tried. Not easy to find but worth the trouble. Don't tell them, but their prices are ridiculously low and the quality and service was the best. Let this be our secret, OK?

My wife and I have just returned home after a stay in Paris and we dined at this restaurant on our last evening. We were not disappointed. Three outstanding courses, good and not too expensive wine and really good service, and all at a very acceptable price. We will certainly come here on our next visit .

Staying in Montmartre

Neighborhood Profile
Montmartre
Montmartre is a bustling mix of cultures, colors, and styles which changes from one street to another. Ride the funicular (or, for a real workout, climb the steps) to the sublime Sacré-Coeur (Basilica of the Sacred Heart) with its inspiring view of the city. The church is surrounded by provincial streets and piano bars where tourists, artists, and street entertainers thrive. At the foot of the hill, Boulevard de Clichy features shops not intended for young audiences, while residences are scattered to the north and east. The diverse population includes a large part from the Arab-speaking world, Africa, and Turkey. It’s a corner of Paris full of life and dynamism with charms that can’t be found anywhere else.
