The title says it all, I guess: this is not a proper restaurant, certainly not in the Parisian sense, but the cover-up as a lounge bar or restaurant is not too bad. Pizza is good though, while the service I encountered was friendly. Nonetheless, I would not frequent it again (alas, mes amis).

We stayed in the neighborhood for a week, and ate lunch here twice. It is NYC themed; the men's room has Yankee and Rangers stuff. The wait staff is very good; mostly students from other countries, fluent in English. The food, however, is the reason to dine here. We sat under the awning in front; even though it was cool... My husband and I enjoyed an evening meal here after a very long day of sightseeing. We ordered the risotto with chicken, an excellent choice, creamy, rich risotto with an excellent tender chicken. Tribeca offers a limited choice of wine, but adequate for the menu. The evening was cool and rainy, but we sat outside under the canopy with heaters... More

The staff we met were all very friendly and we placed our order. I ordered a green bean and mushroom salad for my starter. Not sure exactly what I expected but I was brought the biggest plate of cooled green beans and raw mushrooms that I have ever seen. I was expecting something with some cooked chanterelles and a little... More

Food was good and reasonably priced, service slightly lacking - somewhat slow even though restaurant was not nearly full. As is the case with a lot of cafes here, the smoke from the outdoor smoking section floated in through the windows and wasn't very pleasant at all, when trying to relax and enjoy a meal after a long day of... Came here for both dinner and lunch on a recent visit to Paris. Food was all delicious and wine was priced very recently. Staff all very professional aswell.

Was here with my family for an evening meal. The service was good but the food was not the best. Just ok. I can recommend ordering from the "today's special" rather from the standard menu. If you are in a hurry and do not want to spend too much then I can recommend this place.

After a long day, we decided to walk along rue Cler to see if any restaurants looked good and settled on Tribeca, which was very busy. We got a table right away. I had chicken with mashed potatoes and salad - every bite was delicious - and my husband had a pizza that he liked too. It was fairly quickly... More

Rue Cler is a major tourist venue located in the 7th arrondissement which is infamous for the Eiffel Tower. Tribeca is just a short stroll from the Eiffel. Our apartment is within a kilometer of the restaurant so whenever we can we stop by for a bite to eat. Our last meal consisted of pizza and an assortment of other... More

We were wondering who we were going to have to tip in advance to get served. When we finally did, we ordered steak bernaise thinking it might be a classic French dish. When we ordered the steak, the waitress took away the table knives and replaced them with steak knives. We thought that was a tad odd and wondered if... More
