Good spot for breakfast

We had breakfast here two mornings in a row since we liked the food and the staff. It was convenient to our hotel. We were greeted and served quickly and the waitress was very good.

I have to say that of all the positive experiences I had with Paris cuisine, this is definitely not one of them. Charcuterie plate was good, but everything else was distinctly lackluster.

A very cozy place. We had a couple of meals there while staying at hotel Magenta. The menu is very simple and in its simplicity is very French. Loved the crepes, the duck confit, the foie gras penne and the roasted chicken with potatoes. Loved the relaxed atmosphere of the place. If we happened to be in the neighborhood again... More

I've visited this cafe twice now, not eaten in here but had a beer with my mum.We stayed at an apartment just up the road & after walking past this to & from quite a lot (the Jacques Bonesergent metro station is just down the road) decided to go in & see what it's like.I'd like to go back &... I thoroughly enjoyed this place for an evening out, we had dinner and drinks here on a Saturday night. After a long day walking around Paris, we just wanted somewhere easy going with good food. This place already caught our eye but was also recommended by our hotel around the corner. It surpassed my expectations...Excellent service, great food and a... More

This was my first time in Paris and I was disgusted at how one of the gentleman treated us while we were there. So much in fact, we walked out. I can only assume that we were treated with such disrespect because we were tourists. The rest of our stay, we completely avoided this place. What a jerk.

Lovel food, great service, good value and friendly staff. Lovely for a coffee or a full meal to as you watch Parisian life go by.

This place was only a stones throw from our hotel but, unfortunately, we only found it on our last afternoon. It has a lovely friendly atmosphere great staff and feels like a proper French Cafe with a modern twist. We didn't have a meal just a couple of coffees and a nutella crepe but, they were nice and good value... More

We were first attracted to Cafe le Bistro because of its cozy, laid-back ambiance and had our first meal in Paris there. We were not disappointed! The food was delicious, not too expensive, staff were friendly, and the customers were well treated.

We only found it by chance. Just opposite a laundromat and we sat down to have French wine. Hosts Mathieu and Samuel prepared a huge platter of French cheeses to complement the wine. Not too expensive - clean and friendly. Observed other people having coffee and cake. They do have a dinner menu but we decided to stay with wine... More
