Not too pricey and offering good food!

I found La Briciola using Trip Advisor as I wanted a restaurant that was not too pricey but yet offering good food and La Briciola definitely ticked the box . It was a bit hard to find after exiting the Metro as it not on the main street but after going down a few back streets I was able to... read more

We booked our table on line for evening opening at 7:30 and were the first to arrive I worried we maybe the only diners - how wrong within 20 minutes the restaurant was full with people queuing out the door, quite amazing for a Monday evening in November! We both chose pizza as the reviews had been so glowing .... More

This is a warm and friendly Italian resto with great pizza, pasta, and salads. The owner and staff work like heck to provide great service. And, this place works for every situation--young or older couple, family, solo. We loved our orders (pizza, salad, pannacotta) and the atmosphere. Highly recommend. Note: there is a smaller La Briciola nearby on rue Jean... More

One of the best pizzas in Paris that's not Napolitano. Fredy is a cool guy from Rome, so the pizza is pretty authentic, the thinner crispy kind, also salads and buratta cheese, usually one pasta dish each day. If it's tasty authentic Italian pizza in a casual boutiquey atmosphere your looking for, this is the place.

Very good italian food. The real thing. Great pizzas (whatever you choose), great pastas. Look up for the house wine. And the desserts... save some space in your stomach for it. Excelent service, friendly and wellcoming. When in doubt about anything ask for advice with the friendly staff. Although the room is not very spacious it helps to create the... More

Pizza is the main fare here, though they have one pasta of the day. Nice place, very popular in the area, and always crowded, a little loud too. Pizza is good, but not great. Fresh ingredients to be sure, and nice desserts, just didn't wow me.

We had one of our BEST European dining experiences at this lovely restaurant just tonight - our last night in Paris! Our server Frederico made the time more special as he practiced his English and allowed me to practice my French and Spanish. (I love how many people in Europe are tri-lingual and beyond.) We decided to share the White... More

Staying in Le Marais

Neighborhood Profile
Le Marais
The Marais is a winding maze of multi-faceted streets that beg to be explored. It bursts with small boutiques, historic buildings, cozy traditional restaurants, and hidden parks. Around each corner, you'll come across little gems of architecture spanning the centuries, from understated medieval towers to classical libraries and 17th century splendor. This neighborhood unites a rich mix of people of all ages, but it's best known for the gay scene mostly in the south and the Jewish community around Rue des Rosiers.
