Opulent venue and Food.

No matter what else looks good on the menu, get the Veal. It is the best meal you'll have in your life. I had the roast, girlfriend had the veal. Food envy ensued. If not for the price tag I would have ordered it as a second main. It was delicious!

Superb food in truly beautiful and lavish surroundings. Although it is an incredibly grand restaurant there is not a hint of stuffiness - the staff are wonderfully friendly, welcoming and very attentive. It is really one of those places everyone should visit to experience completely authentic and typically French cuisine and ambience.

Excellent food and extraordinary decor. Our waiter went above and beyond to make a member of our party feel fine with ordering a small meal. He even got her a very nice amuse-bouche to keep her busy while we ate our main course. My only criticism is how we were made to feel slightly uncomfortable for not having made a... More

This is by far the grandest restaurant we have eaten at. I found it by accident last year but did not have time to go for a meal then, we just had drinks in the bar area, well worth doing too if you don't have the time for a meal. We had a wonderful evening, in spectacular surroundings, sumptuous food... More

Excellent surroundings in which to enjoy dinner..The decor is indeed something to see, the restaurant restaurant 's vast interior has been fully restored to its original splendour. Great food, how ever I found that the service left a lot to be desired considering the prices charged.Even still well worth a visit. .

The grandest of grand Paris restaurants with its heavily gilded decor and the cathedral-like dimensions of its gorgeous dining rooms. Considering the restaurant's size and the great number of diners, the cooking of Escoffier-style dishes is acceptable but no where near Michelin star standard. The gigot of lamb from the trolly remains a most popular choice. It gets very busy,... More

It is a great place where to wait for your train and seat in a comfortable place instead of on one of the benches in front of the trains. It is a very classical place. The service is good; the food is good; prices are acceptable.

in this place the time has stopped. the splendor of the Belle Epoque is still alive in this beautiful restaurant. every time I come here I can not miss the tartare, freshly prepared with skill. I must, however, note that the from last time the portion is now quite smaller. Same price instead. final bill is high, but you come... More

At first you think there is something with your eyes, or perhaps it is the light. And then you realice: the interior of the Train Bleu has been refreshed. Wall paintings have been cleaned, a fresh coat of paint, seats upgraded and toilets modernized. Fortunately, the food has not been interfered with, and continues to be the delicious Bourgeois French... More

Enjoyed a lovely lunch here before it closed for renovation during summer time. I was glad that I made my way to come for this unique experience. I changed my mind twice as I was advised that the Station area was rough especially for tourists ... So I changed my plan by switching dinner to lunch, thinking that visiting the... More

Landscaped havens are plentiful, from the Bercy Park to La Coulée Verte and most impressively the Bois de Vincennes, which even contains a medieval castle on its doorstep.
