love the mid-size pain au chocolat

If you have to have it but you don't want to overdo a good thing, this pain au chocolat is very satisfying and only puts you back 1e25. you might want 2. If you don't want to go home fat, seriously, this is just perfect. It's flaky and the dark chocolate is very good. i try to avoid this... read more

The service is not great, most people dont speak English, but the cakes and coffee will make up for that. Excellent place for breakfasts.

The chain offers typical French baguettes and desserts and the price is good. Perfect for a quick lunch in company or alone, sitting there and relaxing in front of the view of Paris!

Great place to eat at a reasonable price with plenty of choice. Very busy, probably because of the reasonable prices. Staff really friendly and helpful.

This was an unexpected stop. We really had to go to the toilet so we ordered some sandwiches. The food was decent. The waitresses was nice. Drinks were awesome too. Recommended.

Great place to grab a sandwich, drink and desert for a good price. All over Paris. Offerings a little different depending on the location you go to, but overall they are all good. Can be crowded but you can usually find a place to sit and eat. Great value in overpriced France.

Brioche Doree is a French fast-food type joint. There are locations all around the city and in the airport. The food is great and as long as you're not expecting high quality service and top-notch flavors, then you will love this place. Several of us got the 8 euro combo with a sandwich, drink and dessert. Totally worth it. And... More

I always call in for a bite or two.. These little cafés are quick ..the food is light and tasty..coffee is nice and they are well priced. I find the pastries are always just yum...and although they are usually busy a smile always goes a long way.

The place manage to delivery what is expected. Decent sandwiches at decent prices. They have quite good options and also offer daily deals. Can't fault any item that I tried there. The service was very attentive and efficient, considering that I don't speak French.

Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighborhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighborhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theaters, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
