Hit and miss

Popped in for an early dinner. Both waiters friendly and tolerant, especially of my halting French, waitress not so much. Mixed grill looked like decent value but a bit dry and tough. The service was great. Went two nights in a row and had two different waiters. Both were great. The price was good compared to other places we had eaten. Their orange juice was also the best I had while in Europe.

After asking for a place, the answer was "for dining only" and almost sent away. He was almost sure, that I want just make his table dirty, without ordering anything. This waiter was running ineficiently here and there, where the others were standing and watching - not their sector. To order was not that easy and took some time. I... More

You guys are creeping me out. Your search engines spied on us. This restaurant no longer exists. We have not been there in years. However it was superb when we were in Paris.

We dined here our first night in Paris. It was a little expensive for what we ordered and the service was a little slow, but the food was very good.

After a very long flight from Seattle, we arrived at hotel, which wasn't ready. It was only 10am. So we dropped off our bags and not far from out hotel was La Tour Maubourg. We decided to go in for some breakfast. The waiter was a character. Very engaging. He even pretended to understand my French! We had croque-madame and... More

After getting a coffee and a hot chocolate, the owner asked us to leave as the restaurant part was starting (we were a group of 6 people) ...unpleasant but fair enough. However try to take a napkin in paper before to leave in order to have one in your pocket for the cold weather. I was shouted at by the... More

The food at La Tour Maubourg was excellent, with a very good selection of french and mixed cuisine. The staff were all excellent and our waiter was funny and courteous. Overall a fabulous experience and everyone else in the restaurant seemed to have as much fun as us!

We loved this restaurant so much we returned a few days later for another dinner. The weather was warm and sunny so we decided to eat at a sidewalk table. Our waiter was very friendly and efficient, I wish I could remember his name, because I would like to acknowledge him. We are generally early diners, so the cafe was... More

Stopped for lunch with my wife and we both had "Le Formule" €15.20 set lunch which is a starter and a main dish or a main dish and a dessert. The food was very pleasant without being exceptional but at that price it was more than good enough. Very charming and friendly waiter looked after us.
