A Good Parisian Brasserie

While the Bosquet does not propose very fancy food, this is a good Parisian brasserie. The menu offers the usual dishes you could expect. The staff is efficient and friendly (and able to interact with English speakers). So, nothing very special but a sure bet if you are looking for decent food... read more

We were wandering around Paris on New Year's Day trying to find a place to have dinner and many restaurants were closed. When we stumbled upon this place, we were a little hesitant because at first glance it looked a bit "touristy" to us (usually we avoid places that have cheeseburgers on the menu), but we gave it a chance... Spent NYE (into 2016) dinner here with friends. The prix fixe menu was reasonably priced compared with other high-end restaurants in the area, and had a great selection. Wines by the bottle were a little pricey, though. Meal lasted four hours and well well paced. Service was excellent, and server spoke English well.

My boyfriend and I had never celebrated New Years Eve in Paris before, and most restaurants near our hotel (hotel elysees bassano by Champs Elysees) were very expensive. However, we looked up restaurants near the Eiffeltower, which was 15min from our hotel and found Le Bosquet. I booked a reservation immediately and got a table by the window. The staff... More

What a gem tipi find on our final night in Paris. They were so nice as we didn't have a reservation and there was nine of us. The Escargot was Devine and our waiter was so helpful showing us how to eat. them. Main meals size was a good size so much so we were to full to order dessert.... More

Not sure I would eat here again when there are so many fabulous choices in Paris. Everything was just okay.

This is a nice place where you'll find fair prices for the food you get. Food is okay (nothing to complain there), although not well prepared as it should be (too salty or overcooked steaks). Positive note for the staff as they were super friendly. The wine selection is also pretty decent. It isn't a place to stay in your... More

We had reviewed many restaurants, prior to our trip to Paris in November and Le Bosquet was one that stood out. We stopped in on November 7 after a trip to Montemarte. Our waiter was pleasant and helped us pick out a wine according to our taste. I had the foigras and my husband had the escargot for an appetizer,... More
