In a city where bad Sushi is only too easy to come by, Ta Sushi offers a change from the usual overpriced, pre prepared 'Japonaise' cuisine. Admittedly, it is run by a Chinese woman (something that never fails to rub the Sushi snobs up the wrong way) so to call it truly authentic would be... read more

I normally don't write reviews in any of these sites, but really, this time I had to, because it simply was too ridiculous, it shouldn't even receive 1 star... My girl friend and I went there because we saw this restaurant in a guide book... We went in courageously as there was no one in there, thinking "hmm, maybe we've... More

The service here is excellent. We are traveling with a 1year old so it's always nice when staff acknowledge him. They were really accommodating. Food is yummy too! Will definitely be back.

Staying in Les Halles

Neighborhood Profile
Les Halles
Historically the central iron-clad market of Paris, Les Halles has evolved architecturally since then but the pulsating energy has stayed the same. Now it houses the main shopping mall, which nestles underground surrounded by fast-food take-aways and international restaurants coupled with beautiful churches and the old commodity exchange. Parallel to it are the high-street stores of Rue de Rivoli and just parallel to that the Seine. The area bustles with faces from all continents and all ages at all times of the day. If enjoying high-street shopping with easy access to fast eateries and lively bars is on your agenda, this is the place to go.
