Tiny but such a great place. Worth waiting. Excellent food you won't get to any other place. You feel the freshness in every bite and flavour of every ingredients. We all got a glass of Champagne because we were waiting . But for us in vacación , no problem. Good service.

Loved it so much we went twice. The ladies translated the menu for us twice and answered any questions always with a smile. They also helped us choose a good wine for our meal. Everything was delicious but our favorites were the simple salad, the escargot (yum), the rabbit with bacon, duck, and the chocolate cake was so good I... More

This restaurant is located in a very happening neighborhood of Paris, one in which every street is literally lined with restaurants, cafes, and bars. This really may be the one you should stop at though. The exterior is a bit dark and unassuming, so it's easy to pass by it. When inside, however, you feel like you are dining in... More

Loved everything, from service, food selection, product quality, very centrally located. It's one of the very best place to eat in le Marais without a doubt.

A warm welcome awaits here. In the fashionable Marais district this is a small but perfectly formed restaurant. Great for a few friends to enjoy an informal setting and good food. Staff were very helpful and friendly offering to explain in French or English to different members of our group. Menu changes to fit the fresh produce available and everyone... More

Terrible food, terrible service. Not recommended. The waiters are rood, the food is over priced. I would not recommend this spot to anyone.

We decided to eat here on our last night in Paris. The service was perfect and all staff spoke English. The duck liver was so enjoyable and delicious with French Toast! The mains change because everything is fresh. The chocolate cake with ice cream is delicious and so was the cheese cake. Highly recommend this restaurant. It's definitely a gem!

Patient, lovely waitresses and wonderful recommendations and wine made our experience extraordinary. It was one of the nicest meals we've ever had! Beautiful escargot, and the specialty entree (hambourgeois) is a must! I had the rabbit leg for main which was incredible and my husband the confit duck - delicious!! The French toast dessert was also amazing. We couldn't have... More

Myself and a group of friends had one of the best meals and experiences in a restaurant i can remember. The location in the funky neighbourhood of Le Marais is amazing. The restaurant itself is quite small (read charming and cozy). It has a lovely upstairs/mezzanie as well as the downstairs part. The menu is written on a blackboard and... More

Staying in Le Marais

Neighborhood Profile
Le Marais
The Marais is a winding maze of multi-faceted streets that beg to be explored. It bursts with small boutiques, historic buildings, cozy traditional restaurants, and hidden parks. Around each corner, you'll come across little gems of architecture spanning the centuries, from understated medieval towers to classical libraries and 17th century splendor. This neighborhood unites a rich mix of people of all ages, but it's best known for the gay scene mostly in the south and the Jewish community around Rue des Rosiers.
