My husband and I stumbled upon this restaurant in the Marais during our honeymoon. Without a reservation, they seated us in this beautiful table on the second floor with Juliet balcony. The rabbit, to this date, is the best I ever had. So good, that last night I had a dream where I was trying to remember the name of... More

A simple setting; picturesque and quaint and an absolute haven in the midst if otherwise off-ish waiters and restaurant owners. The staff at Le Colimacon are pleasant, proud of their work and offerings and are quite happy to converse in broken English while you speak far more broken french. Their focus is on organic and locally sourced seasonal fare and... More

My friend and I had no booking and randomly walked into this restaurant last Friday night. We've been pleased with very courteous and pleasant staff, the menu is exactly what is to expect from a typical parisian bistro, the decor is just right, not too old fashioned, not to fancy... Long story short: validated by 2 locals :-) Special greetings... More

We had one of the best meals of our lives at this restaurant. Charming staff, and very intimate place. Laura was an excellent server - of the caliber you get in fine dining restaurants, and Mathew was also fantastic as the Host. The menu had some terrific choices, and we followed Laura's advice and were not disappointed. The rabbit and... More

Just left an average review for Comme Chai Toi, which I understand is run by the same family as Le Colimacon. Pleased to report that Le Colimacon is definitely better than average. It's small and the tables are close together but that's OK and we enjoyed the cosy atmosphere. Menu is very similar to Comme Chai Toi. Nothing to complain... More

In busy Marais this is a very nice surprise. Always scared of touristic trap .Menu is attractive and each dish interesting to imagine. Finally heaven to eat I had brie pané (by curiosity) riz de veau (I love that) Great, tasty, nice portions and the management and waiters so kind. I will check if they have a membership card because... More

I highly recommend this restaurant. The service and food were excellent. My husband and I were a little late for our reservation because we got lost but the hostess was very understanding and did not make us feel bad about it all. Our waiter was very patient with translating the menu into English. The atmosphere was cozy and the food... More

We had dinner in this popular Marais restaurant .I had stuffed pigeon out of curiosity, it was very good although fairly small, as you expect a pigeon to be. The side dish was interesting, mostly some kind of pureed and whole carrots I think. The chevre-stuffed little red peppers were very good as an appetizer. Pain perdu was too soft... More

We stopped in for dinner based on TripAdvisor reviews and were not disappointed. I was especially pleased with our waiter - not only was he extra helpful; he also offered excellent suggestions and wine pairings. The food (especially the house special French toast, faux gras, and duck appetizer) was most delicious!
