Amazing food and service..

Booked late in the day but managed to get a table for 4. Visiting US friend had to try escargot which was fantastic. The service was quirky but fun. More should be like this

We went here on our last night in Paris. I searched on-line and was hoping for an amazing experience but left disappointed. Pros: great atmosphere, appetizers and wine were excellent, service was great Cons: dinner was average at best - we both ordered steak and neither of us finished our meal - it just wasn't quality meat. With that being... More

We were sitting at a café contemplating dinner options and found this nearby option highly recommended on both here and Yelp. I then booked through the online reservation partnership between TripAdvisor and TheFork (LaFourchette). I assure you the reviewers tell the truth. The menu changes regularly, so is only written on a blackboard. The waitresses are more than happy to... More

Booked table at this restaurant through our hotel, so we had no idea what awaited us. But we were very pleasantly surprised. We were greeted by a very nice and accommodating lady, who presented the menu for us. Will well call this place a French bistro. The food we got was both tasteful and nicely presented. And there was plenty... More

I have eaten here a few times over the years .... and twice in the last week. I'm glad to say it is still a wonderful experience. It is quite small so book ahead.

I would have never went in by just walking by, very non-descript. Nice interior, great food! Menus changes daily based on availability of ingredients. Very friendly staff. Was fully booked on a Tuesday night but we got because we went at 7pm opening time. Go there if in Le Marais.

made a reservation by The Fork early afternoon on sunday 5th april for 19.30 hrs that evening; allthough they made a mistake because it was fully booked , we could have dinner until 21.30 , then the table was needed. Because everything was fresh prepared , there was no menucard ; Only a blackboard on the wall with 7 entree's... More

A lovely bistro restaurant with an excellent and interesting choice of typical French cuisine. We went for my husband's 50th birthday so I wanted it to be special - the restaurant was one which was recommended by our amazing hotel Hotel Bourg Tibourg (see review). The staff, in particular the manager, couldn't have been more helpful or charming and made... More

The thing that should really make you "wow" is, in my opinion, the food, in particular the main courses. The food quality just didn't live up to my expectations. (and a mild disappointment in the context of the many very positive reviews of this restaurant). Prices average. Would not repeat with so many other choices in Paris.

Staying in Le Marais

Neighborhood Profile
Le Marais
The Marais is a winding maze of multi-faceted streets that beg to be explored. It bursts with small boutiques, historic buildings, cozy traditional restaurants, and hidden parks. Around each corner, you'll come across little gems of architecture spanning the centuries, from understated medieval towers to classical libraries and 17th century splendor. This neighborhood unites a rich mix of people of all ages, but it's best known for the gay scene mostly in the south and the Jewish community around Rue des Rosiers.
