Look no farther if you are yearning for escargots, poulet, perfectly done sea bass, chocolate mousse, creme brûlée, etc. and a careful selection of wines. A very informal open kitchen with an equally friendly staff makes this restaurant one I am putting on my most reliable list. Topped off with a window table for the sunset on the Seine. We... More

There is little inventive about the food here, but invention doesn't always work. On the other hand, the food is just what it should be. No folderol, no unpleasant surprises, just plain good.

Recommended by our apartment owner, our family visited the restaurant for two times in our 7-day trip. The staff were great making us comfortable atmosphere for enjoying the dinner. A wide range of choice of food with very good quality, the roasted duck was very delicious! Reasonable price in view of its proximity to the Seine River. I'd love to... More

Sharing ownership with the tour d'argent, made us expect great things - we were wrong. The welcome was lukewarm, and the service very disappointing, particularly wine and water - we had to ask three times for the latter, and poured our own wines through the meal. But it was for the food we had gone - suffice it to say,... More

Having eaten at Tour d'Argent on a number of occasions, I stopped by it's little sister restaurant, La Rotisserie, across the street to make a reservation for us and some friends from London. I requested a window table for four people at 8pm. We arrived promptly and were met by the "imperious" maitre d' and his assistant head waiter Madam... More

This restaurant might be overseen by most people because of it's location on the quais. It was a pleasant surprice to find such a good quality restaurant , the portions are generous and the service tres aimable . We where looking for a good filet de beouf bernaise and was looking on line to find a place where they served... More

Usually eat here more than once when in paris. Food is dependable and good. Have had everything from cod to wild boar. Terrific service. Nice veggies with food. Far better than basic. Comfortable French dining.

La Rotisserie du Beaujolais is the sister restaurant of La Tour d'Argent situated across the Seine River and a real French Brasserie. we order a bottle of the house red wine which was very good, the Demi-Poulet De Challans roti (a special chicken from the Challan region in France) with mashed potatoes and for desert crème brulee.
