Female staff member , think was owner, was very attentive but males were a little less friendly. Food was nice and hot & tasty but not really memorable.

We always have great food and great service at this restaurant, one reason we always go back while in town. We noticed more locals than tourists and even thought I don't speak French, we managed ordering the menu fine. Good wine selection as well.

We has a great Meal here. The herb leg of lamb for 2 was very tasty, The roast duckling was good and portion was huge. We were full from just the breast. The legs tasted good too. We also liked the chocolate mousse. The waiters were helpful and friendly. The chef played with the little boy at the next table. It... More

Dined here last evening & it was pretty damned good...It's focus is rotisserie cooking, so one shouldn't expect what most Americans think of as "French" cuisine...Our choices were les huitres, foie gras, St. Jacques & pheasant, and everything was superb...Have been going there for years because it's just across le ponts from our apartment, and I can't understand these negative... It was a great restaurant four years ago during my last visit. The name was La Rotisserie du Beaujolais and the food excellent. Not only the name was changed, but also the service and the quality of the food. No taste at all, low quality and expensive. Difficult to understand why it happened.

La Rotisserie has it all, amazing french cuisine, reasonable prices, and great service. Upon entering this cramped restaurant your eye is caught by the spit fire roaring in the kitchen. La Rotisserie is known for their duck, so that is what I got. We started off the night with foie gras with toasted bread, and escargot soaked in garlic butter.... More

FOOD POISONING!!! Stay away, this place could be dangerous to your health. I ordered one of the house specials, a coq au vin. The meat was low quality, and the taste was bland, so I only ate a little. But that was enough! 36 hours of serious intestinal illness. I'd give a negative star if the rating system allowed it .... More

Do not go to the overpriced Tour d'argent - this little place is much better value and quality. Amazing food, excellent wine. The meats are great, and also try the coq au vin. Desserts are delicious. Slightly cramped but like any other parisian restaurant.
