Fantastique! Very nice French Bistrot just opposite Ile St Louis South side, on the Quai Tournelle, the restaurant offers typical french cuisine in a nice anc cozy ambience. Prices are around 40€ per person plus wine and need reservation. Nice and friendly staff. Open kitchen with grill.

a warm and elegant bistro with attentive service and excellent classic French food. The escargot was perfect and the roast chicken and mashed potatoes were simply the very best. What a wonderful restaurant!

La Rotisserie is a cozy restaurant with about 15 tables. The dining area is adjacent to an open grill where the chef can be seen basting chicken, duck, and other meat. They serve simple food. Don't get any ideas about it being the sophisticated sister restaurant of Tour D'Argent. It is a good, simple dinner in close proximity to Notre... More

We visit La Rotisserie -used to be La Rotisserie de Beaujolais- every spring for the last 15 years on our annual Paris visit from İstanbul to celebrate our daughters' birthday.First ever suggested by a Belgian Aunt who said it was where the locals frequent. It is a great little restaurant, very cozy, initimate and French with an almost unchanged menu for the last... An upscale interpretation of a classic Parisian restaurant with impressive decor and traditional dishes. For starters, the fried whole foie gras and snails were delicious. The liver was flavorful, fresh and oily. The snails were firm and fresh, accompanied by a great parsley / garlic sauce. The mains of our lunch (faux fillet with fries and coq au vin), not... More

This restaurant had all of the prerequisites of a French restaurant...the fromages, escargot, foie gras, breads, but I came here for the coq au vin, and they delivered! I didn't realize that poultry and fish are not very popular in Paris, so I was happy to try it in this charming setting.

This cute reastauarant was walking distance from our apartment in Rue de Poissy. Staff very helpful, with a menu in English ! We enjoyed traditional escargots. For a main, we chose the Roast lamb, seved sliced and so tender. No meal is complete without Chocolate mousse. If you are a cat lover, they have their own " Beaujolais", who enters... More

I first went to La Rotisserie in 2002 when I arrived in Paris, and I have been a loyal customer since then. I can honestly say that I have never had anything but a very good meal there, and everyone to whom I have recommended it has had an equally good meal. It is classic fare, solid starters like a... This is so good, we frequent it every time we are in Paris. We are fondly greeted with remembrance of past visits, promptly seated via advance reservations and offered immediate service with personalized attention. The game and duck courses are extra special and are offered in various manners of preparation. The coq au vin is the best ever. If you... More

I keep coming back here for the reliable small restaurant atmosphere, and the food, which is consistently excellent. The service is informative, polite, very efficient, and attentive. I had a warm leek salad, which was delightful, and then duck confit, which was perfect. For dessert, I had a generous serving of a delicious Ile flotante. I enjoy watching the rhythm... More
