We read the reviews for this place, so decided to make the 30 minute trip on the metro to check it out. All indian restaurants in France are dodgy, so was not expecting much. The starter of "onion bhaji" was more like onion rings, and unlike any bhajis I have tasted before, although the main of two chicken dishes were... More

We dined here on a Thursday in late October. They open for dinner at 6:30. We were greeted and seated right away by a very friendly host. The décor was nice. We started with the onion bahji which the menu stated was minced onion (we had it this way before in Nice and it was delicious) but it arrived as... More

We had a good meal at this Indian restaurant. Unfortunately we got our starter together with our main course. The food tasted good. The restaurant is settled in a nice neighbourhood with lots of cafes and restaurants. Also near the metro station.

We went here earlier this October and I have to write that it is a disgrace to allow them to use the words "Le Palais de Raja Maharaja". The owner is a racist bigot, who has no manners and never looks in the mirror to confirm he is also of brown skin & from the Indian Subcontinent. He was very... More

I went here with my wife as it was the close to my hotel, the food was OK but nothing to shout about if you know your Indian food. The owner was very obnoxious and seem to have an attitude towards us, i thought it was just us being British Indians but then the most disgusting thing happened, another couple... More

The owner is quite arrogant. He claims to be Indian but is arrogant to Indians and in general. Food is overpriced for the portions served. Wait times are less and food is well cooked, however the owner single handedly ruins the whole experience. Try the nearby indian restaurant instead

The sign outside the door says it will be open at 6:30,but after we sat down, the owner told us 7:00 was the opening time, he passed us the menu like he was doing us some favor! The portion of food was extremely small, price was 25$ for each,I couldn't see any worth of it, the taste was not bad,but Indian... More

We were expecting an average meal with inflated rates. Instead the food was delicious and decently priced. We had baingan bharta and chana massala, with sheek kabab and naans. The food was hot and very tasty. The gulab jamun at the end were a fitting end to a good meal. We were here on a Saturday night and there was... More
