Best Pizza in town

Only opened on spring and summer this restaurant is a real legend in town. So legendary that the owner opened the "winter PAPACIONU" in Paris 2 or 3 years ago. In summer an early booking is advised unless you don't mind to eat around 11.30PM Great address don't miss it

Very nice outdoor restaurant serving one of the best pizza i've ever had. Fresh and local products, correct prices. The desserts were just ok and the staff very distant. They know the worth of the place so they don't do any effort to satisfy the customers.

This a the best pizza I have ever had (even in Italy). Try the Papacionu one if you love cheese and pine nuts! The dough is absolutely fantastic. The service is very informal but you need to book a table as it's very busy.

The pizza is simply good and the shape is different as usual (seems like a half of a very big pizza). I recommend to make a reservation because it´s always full. At least during my visit. Deserts are worth to try as well.

Arrived around 18h30 on a Saturday evening in July and were lucky enough to get a table. We'd spotted this pizzeria the previous evening and we just had to try it out. The staff were agreeable, humorous, fast and served up great, great pizza. Pizza Chorizo or Pizza foie gras, duck breast and figs and perfect thin, crispy pizza base.... More

Unfortunately the restaurant seems to live on their high ranking on tripadvisor. We came early and was placed a a nice table, but without any enthusiasm. The waiter didn't look into our eyes once. After having ordered one of their recommended pizzas a bottle of wine and a bottle of water, he forgot about the water and delivered the wine.... More

We were turned away the first night so were interested to see what all the fuss was about. We went back a few nights later. The pizza was quite average and so was the service, defiantly not the best considering they only serve pizza. We did have a very nice bottle of local wine though.

Massive reviews on this place both in French and English. Can't say that I was all that impressed. First time we went there, "Hi, table for 2?" As the assistant looks at us with a chuckle and says, no chance if you haven't booked. Fair play...it must be good then we thought as went went looking for another restaurant... So,... More

We ate here with our 3 kids. They also offered childmenu's at 9 euro's. It was a very cosy restaurant in a calm street and very friendly staff. Honest food for an honest price!
