We asked the owners of our B&B about restaurant choices in a moderate price range. She suggested several options including Pizzeria Giusepino which she said was known as making the best pizza in town. On the way there, we got lost and when we asked for directions to Giusepino's, the person giving directions said: "Excellent choice! They make the best... More

Recommended by the Clarion folks, since they do not have a restaurant, for a lighter fare. Good choice. My wife had the pizza and I opted for the Spaghetti Bolognese, both ended up being very tasty. We would recommend this for those staying at the Clarion since it is right across the street. Not the best looking but good food.

We did not try the pizza's here but instead had pasta, which wasn't spectacular but okay value for money. SItting outside is nice but a bit cramped, it's only a very small street and there are a lot of tables standing close together. Service was so so, I think it improves drastically when you are a regular though.

It's such a shame when almost every table is taken up with chain smokers. How about an area for the defense de fumer

We had a table for two on a rainy evening, and the restaurant was packed. It looks really popular with locals and I was expecting something good (I've eaten 'proper' pizza in Italy and also make my own, so know something about how to make them) but this was very disappointing. Someone else has mentioned this, so it can't have... More

Pizzas were very good and very cheap - good value meal, and very friendly waiter. But the tables were so close together I had to move other people to get into and out of my chair. Is only a small room, and very popular - come early!

Having read the rave reviews, I was very excited to try Pizzeria Giusepino in Troyes. I need not have been. There is nothing especially unpleasant about the place - it is reasonably priced, atmosphere is ok and I enjoyed a very nice starter. But then the Pizza's arrived. I can't express how much I was looking forward to enjoying a... More

Visited this pizzeria many time in the early 2000's while consulting at Pettijean Industries. Great food, service and ambiance. Owner or manager was a collector of stamps from foreign countries, I sent him a few. I look forward to visiting again sometime soon and will definately call for reservations. Visited with spouse, friends and colleagues many times. I reside in... More

We have just eaten at this restaurant and have to say, it is the best Pizza that we have ever had. We read previous reviews and thought we would try it. Arrived to find the place packed and were asked to come back in 30minutes, which we did. We were shown to a table, which was very cosy with the... More
