The Andouillette experience

“Bonne Andouillette” with chips – "Bonne" was not the word I would have used. Glad I went for the trio of sausage (2 of 3 very enjoyable). Fellow guest who had the full Anduillette commented "the most expensive plate of chips I've ever had". Other dishes excellent but the Andouillete is not for me... read more

Was in Troyes for the weekend and we had lunch here. The service and food were good. I would go back and recommend this restaurant.

This bistro is the place you should go to if you want to eat andouilette which features prominently on the menu. Troyes (pronounced like 'trois') is famous for this type of sausage. These sausages are an acquired taste. We avoided them and went for the entrecote steak which was just OK but the frites were poor for French standards and... More

Excellent service and food for this traditional French cuisine restaurant. I had a very good fish with good wine, served efficiently and professionaly. A perfect restaurant, located downtown Troyes, that will provide you with a good taste of traditionnal French cuisine

when we stayed in Troyes. our hotel recommended this restaurant - after walking around the old city centre, looking at other places and having an aperitif, we found it and it looked good. The decor is good, personnel are very smart + smiling, food smelled great. We had the Menu Bistro and Plat du Jour, the waiter recommended an excellent... More

Service was very good. Had none of the reported issues as noted by other reviewers. My gourmet fillet steak burger was stupendous and the wifes scollops were perfect. Bottle of Red to compliment and coffee to finish. This was a good end to the day after driving the 7 hours from Girona in Spain. When we are back in this... More

In Troyes on a Monday night, with the few decent open restaurants stuffed to the gills, I happened upon Le Bistroquet after a lengthy walk. The remade "bistro" interior is nicely done, without needless excess; the service was very good [mistake on wine ordered, but quickly and happily remedied]. I had excellent food: herring and potatoes (you get a large... More

Alcove for our group was excellent as we had young children with us. Very tasty food and good variety on menu.

We were staying at La Maison de Rhodes and they recommended Le Bistroquet and made a reservation for us. It was a Saturday evening and they were fairly busy with a nice brasserie feel we were all set to enjoy a meal ( after 6 hours of driving ). Now recent reviews are a bit mixed BUT we had a... More
