The food we had at dinner was delicious-the waitrons/sommelier and maitre d puffed up by their own importance, disinterested in our requirements and too high and mighty to clear the table, after numerous requests to do so A potentially great evening ruined by cavalier staff-need to seriously be retrained-maybe a couple of days at a real restaurant like Alain Ducasse,... Le Jardin restaurent..a more informal restaurent then the hotel, clean tidy good service but I have to say we were a little disappointed that is to say, not that the food was bad but we were expecting a little more in the quality area i had oysters which had very little flavour, followed by Skate wing, not impressed. I would... More

We stayed at hotel Les Crayeres and were looking forward to have dinner in its top restaurant with two Michelin stars. We have had many dinners in starred restaurants, but unfortunately this was a disappointment. The atmosphere in the restaurant is very formal and stuffy: we did not hear a laugh all evening. The staff is perhaps overly service-oriented; only... More

You won't find service like this anywhere in the world. The staff is amazingly trained and you will feel like a king in a castle. The Place helps, for is an antique and classic mansion. Food was astonishing and the wine pairing impeccable. These guys know what they're doing.

Have visited this place couple of times while I was living in the city. Great Place, it may be perceived as expensive, but would visit there again for the quality of food and serenity of the place. The facility is tucked in within the Le Crayeres Reims and entering this premises itself brings you to a calm and serene environment.... More

Staff acted in harmony and every need was attended to before we could even anticipate them. Amazing experience. Food was spectacular. We did the tasting menu with wine pairings. So good that we ate there two nights in a row!

We were visiting both Epernay and Reims to experience some of the champagne houses in the area. This restaurant was recommended to us by a frequent visitor to the region. It was without a doubt one an amazing experience to eat at Le Crayères. The attention to detail, the surprises, the quality the surroundings .... these aspects came together to... More

We came here to celebrate our one year wedding anniversary and we were not disappointed. When our taxi pulled up to the building it had the wow factor. The food was simply excellent - we went for one of the tasting menus with the matching wine pairing. The service was excellent as well. I overheard a lady at the next... More

Yes, this is an expensive meal. But if you put it against other Michelin restaurants it is similarly priced. I would also argue that this is twice as good as many restaurants which that are slightly cheaper so in that respect it is very fairly priced. We came in September and started with cocktails on the terrace for great views... More

I took my husband here as a surprise treat whilst we were in Reims for a long weekend. We had an aperitif with canapés, our meal had a few surprise in between courses that we were not expecting. I had the haddock soup with fruits de mer - my only quibble would be that the soup could have been hotter,... More
