Exquisite dining as only the French know how.

My wife and I opted for the smaller of the two degustation options at the hotel restaurant. That turned out to be more than ample after adding on appetisers and various other intermediate offerings. This is one of the best restaurants I have ever had the privilege to dine in. The location, the decor is luxurious and stunning, the food spectacular, the service exceptional but the wines - the wines!! We did the chef's menu with wine pairings for my birthday and while it was definitely also one of the most expensive meals I've... More

We went to Reims with the main purpose of having dinner here. We were not disappointed! It was the best meal we've had in France, since the early 70's, to include many Michelin starred restaurants. A complete dining experience, needs the ambiance, service, wine and off course the meal. This restaurant excels in all these categories. The property, dining rooms,... More

Lunch costs €90 per person, wine included. A delicious meal with a starter, main course and desert, interspaced with delicacies. The sommelier gives you expert advice on which wine to choose for each dish. Service is impeccable, courteous and thoughtful. While gone to the restroom, a fresh coffee was served on my return. Beautiful dining hall, mid-19th century style overlooking... More

Surprise menu was exceptional and the staff was exceptional all the way. Menu up to the level to 3 stars and service was excellent, you feel home there and all the attention and smiles you get is not so common! A big thank you to the sommelier, he is excellent, passionate and efficient, and most of all smiley and always... More

Could actually be THE best meal ever. Some of us had the surprise menu of the chef while i ordered from the a la carte menu a foie gras poached in champaign and beetroots juice, an excellent scallops with pasta and white truffles, and definitely the best deserts I ever had made with chestnuts. Of course this all starts with... More

Defenitely worthwhile. It is upper class, but not too poshy. You should take lunch when weather is good. It is great to sit outside and lunch is french like fancy.

Enjoyed 3 wonderful courses from the a la carte menu. The service was perfect, very attentive but not intrusive. Fantastic selection available on diverse menu. Flavours were incredible; started with the smoked haddock soup, followed by beef, and then chocolate dessert. Relaxed with coffees and petit fours after dinner in the conservatory. Will definitely return. Highly recommend. Dined 21 November... More

Maybe it was because this was the first (of many many many) Michelin-starred meals my fiancée and I had over our 2-week France road trip, maybe it was the ridiculous amount of vintage champagne we had consumed since arriving, or maybe it was the magical hotel and its sense of occasion, but I absolutely loved this meal. I very nearly... More

Le Parc is the fancy restaurant at Les Crayeres, a very fancy hotel set on extensive grounds in Reims. We enjoyed the tasting menu (about 7 courses) and some great wines, including Champagnes (of course). service was generally good and the food preparation and presentation was appropriate for a 3-star restaurant. Not the most impressive meal of our trip, but... More
