I experienced this amazing restaurant whilst staying in the chateau.....the food and service was 2nd to none!!!!!! I was doing a trip around Paris Reims and the UK .....dining in 1 2 and 3 Michelin star Restaurants......I can honestly say this restaurant was more 3 Star than 3 Star Restaurant Guy Savoy in Paris....I hope they get their 3rd Star.....the... We ate at Les Jardines on our previous visit and this time wanted the Chateau experience and boy were we impressed. The food, the service, the atmosphere, the presentation were all outstanding. This restaurant deserves to get its third Michelin star back as soon as possible, having only been downgraded due to change in chef/owners. Our French is very limited... More

Only a short 30min drive from downtown Reims, we had reservation made one month ago and we were all so looking forward to lunching here. We drove past other Chateau / Caves of internationally-known brand names before we got to one. Upon entering its ground, we drove past some beautiful trees and lawns and we could already see the main... More

We had the fixed price menu. it was mostly very good. I never had sweetbreads before so I cannot compare it and will not do it again, it tasted okay but it was sweetbread. I guess I am not as adventuresome as I thought. The service was very attentive and the rest of the meal was excellent.

we stayed at the hotel and had breakfast everyday here was superb! Dinner however was a disappointment having dined at Epicure and Alain Ducass"s restaurant at Le Maurice. No english menus, even less english speaking staff, average food out of keeping with pricing and fabulous restaurants like Le petite Comperdore in town. I think the new chef and staff have... More

Great restaurant. Deserves the 2 stars from Michelin Guide. The service was almost perfect. Very efficient and with sense of humor. I had the Kobe beef with Bernaise sauce and wine. Fantastic, as well my wife's codfish. The chateau is beautiful!!

It's a beautiful place offering the haute French dining experience - or so, I assume, the mainly foreign diners believe. The various rooms: bar, dining room etc were beautifully appointed in a kind of restrained Beaux Arts style in a chateau setting. Waiters were formal and in abundance. Herein lay the first issue. There was a large head-count but they... More
