Lucky we booked

We arrived at 7.30 and the place was already full and people were being turned away. This carried on throughout the evening. Food was classic French bistro in Tiffany style 20s decor. The Monkfish casserole signature dish is devine. Service is OK, given how busy they were. Three courses plus wine... read more

On the last 2 visits to the Brasserie , our dinner has been spoiled by rather supercilious and patronising staff . rather unpleasant and very unprofessional. Such a shame because the food is usually good , the wine list super, and the general atmosphere bustling and interesting. A knife was dropped onto the table , shattering 2 wine glasses .... More

This is a great restaurant with good service and excellent food. We have eaten here before and the atmosphere is great. The escargots were perfect, the steak tartare was just the way I like it and the chocolate mousse was not what I expected as it was served in a large flat plate but was still very good. They have... Pleasant location at the end of the main tourist strip, with an art-deco room. Staff not overly attentive, but once we finally ordered the food was promptly delivered. Nothing much else really stands out.

We used to regularly eat here but hadn't been for a couple of years. The food was still very nice but it is quite expensive. The décor is beginning to tire a little but our biggest disappointment was the change in the champagne list. A few years ago you had a very good choice of champagnes from the big commercial... More

The waiters were very nice and welcoming. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere with a Art Nouveau theme. The food was great, whine too. What else do you need?

We booked a table online which was definately worth doing as 1st May is a bank hoiday in France so the resturant was very busy. We were given a very nice table with window views on 2 sides. The food was excellent, and a good choice of wines and champagne. the staff were friendly and helpful. Throughly enjoyed our evening,... More

It was a Monday in France and we should have better prepared had we known that it is a common day off in the country!! It took us quite some time to go online and look for "good" restaurants which also open on Mondays. My husband and I were supposed to be going to Cote Cuisine but then were drawn... More

A friend told me to try the Brasserie FLO. I had no expectations other than this must be a nice place to have a dinner. The food was of high quality, and so was the service. We had our meal served very quickly, and this at a busy time! Will be back!
