Whilst staying in Reims, we wanted to do a tour of one of the Champagne houses and we were recommended to do Pommery. we took a taxi but actually walked back to Reims centre. The lady who took the tour spoke excellent English she herself was Russian. We were in a group of about 15. We learnt a lot and... More

We went on a one hour, our guide was lovely and spoke very good English. We were a small group of 8 people which allowed us the time to ask plenty of questions. It was very interesting going through the caves as they also have displays of art which was great to see not to mention the numerous bottles that... More

Lovely exterior adjacent to the magnificent Chateau Les crayeres (which used to be the Pommery champagne house). It is wonderful to be here in Reims seeing these wonderful caves with such tradition. We'll be back because it's all so beautiful.

An informative and impressive display of Pommery history and products.. Visitors get the opportunity to visit cellars and taste champagne. The price of one glass of champagne to taste is more or less the same as if you include a 30 minutes visit of the cellars and taste one glass of champagne. Too bad we did not have time to... More

Big and touristy. Didn't like the combination of the modern art in the caves. Groups were too big and our guide was not so clear with all the noise from the art installations. Tattinger, Verve and Martel are all better.

We did a 30-minute tour and it was insightful without being boring. We've missed out pre-paid slot though and as a result had to buy the new tickets, so make sure you arrive at least 10-minutes before designated time. All in all, worth a visit, the Chateau and the grounds are very pretty and the cellars are amazing. If you... More

While after a few cave tours, they seem to be rather similar. Pommery tries to set itself apart by highlighting the art in the cave, but it seemed out of place and I would have liked a bit more focus on the champagne as opposed to the art. It was conveniently located across the street from Les Crayeres though so... More

Frankly speaking I still can't understand the idea of this winery tour. It is so general that it can give you any information only in case you have ho idea about the champagne production at all. It takes around 30 min to go down, walk around in a very quick way and to get back to the main hall. The... More
