Nice bar

Whilst staying at the Best Western de la Paix we enjoyed a few cocktails in the hotel bar. Service very friendly and good selection of drinks in comfortable surroundings. Food menu looked nice but pricey.

We were 11 around the table (5 nationalities) and everyone has been enthusiastic with the food. The chef Raoux cuisine pleased all our different tastes. The service was attentive. Definitely, Cafe de la paix deserves a visit.

Very bad battered deep fried frozen, then microwaved shrimps. Over cooked mussels.Overly well done steak, ordered rare steak 👎🏻. I honestly was looking at Trip Advisor which rated this restaurant as very good. I looked around the room, and I can say that this food should be served next to a garbage bin so you don't have to move it... More

I've noticed I have not done a review here for 2 years despite numerous visits usually with lots of friends intent on having a good time. Sixteen of us sat down for dinner on a table booked months ago, wine flowed, service was good with our waitress doing a great job. Al a carte all round so lots of different... More

Made to feel very welcome, even without a reservation. Weren't rushed in any way. Food was superb, fillet steak was heavenly and the desserts divine, nice bottle of red too. What's not to like?

We recently ate dinner at Cafe de la Paix. The good news was that they accommodated us on short notice without a reservation which was a challenge on a Saturday night. Service was good, food was reasonable - so not a bad choice in a pinch.

My wife and I had arrived from the US earlier in the day, and as would be expected, we were interested in having a decent meal prior to crashing and resting up for the remainder of our visit to Reims and then on to Alsace. We had quickly perused the many restaurants near our hotel, but since we were already... More

This is a very eclectic cafe, with early 20th century decor plus some odd elements. The food was all prepared and the champagne offerings are very good.

Had dinner here twice as the first evening was so good. Had scallops and king prawns both were delicious as was my partners mussels. The second evening I had fish again and it was very good and served with a nice bottle of Champagne to round off the end of our break in France
