Relaxing if early with reservation

The establishment opens at 7PM. There were already 15 people seated outside. We had a reservation and were seated indie in the back. We were served immediately and had a great meal of lasagna and pene. A local wine was recommended and was delicious. The service was attentive and... read more

We ate here on a one night stopover en route to Calais , we knew we were on to a winner when we saw people waiting for the restaurant to open , and we were not disappointed . Super Italian / French menu , good kids menu and fabulous pizzas . We ordered a bottle of Pol Roger and it... More

A great Steak. A flavoursome meal for a good price and great wine to accompany. Gets busy in the evenings. The French it seems though take medium as well done. Good food though. They don't let people just drink without food, which is a shame as a great spot to quaff an expensive bottle of champagne outside with a nice... More

This looks like a quite popular place but we had a table with out any reservation. It is a frantic restaurant with staff and guests running a round. We had dinner at 9pm and the restaurant were full of children. I don´t have problem with children (we have six of our own) but try to have them calm when eating.... More

After eating our way through Normandy, we felt a non prix-fixe dinner was in order and pizza was our choice. Le Sardaigne was busy and service is cursory but the pizza was excellent and great value--pizzas, beer and wine for 45 euros.

We've visited each year for the last 3 and look forward to eating here again next week. The staff even cope with my poor French!

We visited here on Friday 17th July, the staff were very harrassed but took our drinks order quite quickly. Before they came to take our food order we had drunk a bottle of wine between us so ordered another. Our waitress took the empty bottle from our table together with the wine cooler. When she came back with our second... More

We had dinner here twice and weren't disappointed by the food quality. A very busy restaurant, a good selection of dishes and wines. Surprised it doesn't rate higher on TA. At least it appears to be open every day unlike other restaurants in the area plus being able to eat outside is also an advantage it has on the other... More

This was one of 3 places recommended by our hotel concierge. We had a great server who was a doll, but the food was only average. We would have preferred to have eaten outside but the smokers drove us in as the outside tables are quite close to each other. The pizzas looked odd and were such that you had... More

The food was good. Pizza was freshly made and one of us had the seafood pasta. They were well tasty but tends to get a bit overwhelming after a while. Portion size was generous. The place gets quite busy so its wise to book or have an early dinner.
