This restaurant is more than a pizzeria with quite a wide selection of dishes on the menu. There is seating in the upstairs area and in the evening of our visit it was fairly crowded. The service was very good and whilst not in the realm of gourmet eating it certainly did the job.

Three of us were moored in Epernay and had one night there before sailing our boat on towards Paris. Le Sardaigne was just perfect for a hearty dinner (chicken and fish) washed down by some lovely local wine. We were able to chat for quite a while before wandering back to our boat through this lovely pretty town. This restaurant... More

.... Well so far. My wife and I wanted a night off french cuisine for our second night in Epernay, so headed to this place based on a recommendation in Lonely Planet. It did not disapoint. The pepperoni pizza was great, and the bacon and mushroom was even better. Highly recommended.

Busy but open later than normal French restaurants, great pizzas cooked on a wood-fired oven. Good atmosphere.

Me and my girlfriend had just arrived at Epernay for visiting some champagne's caves. We arrived at restaurant around 14h10 and the kitchen closes at 14h00. However, the waitress was kind enough to still let us having lunch! We went to 2 very delicious pizzas, which we just took around 15 min to get in our tables! We drunk a... More

We came for dinner, the place is buzzing with atmosphere. The food was great and its much more than just a pizzeria. Great place to have a party.

Yes, same thing, Epernays restaurants were pretty much closed on monday, which seemed a bit odd... well, this place was open, so we had pizza there. nothing to complain, pizza was good. Wouldn't have gone at other nights, though.

We to were stuck wandering the street of Epernay on a Monday night looking for dinner. We stumbled across Le Sardaigne and enjoyed our meal so much that we were at the front door the next two nights waiting for the restaurant to open at 7pm. We enjoyed fantastic pizzas and great entrees and desserts. The staff were very friendly... More

Sadly, there is little to choose from in terms of activities and eateries on Mondays here in France. We four happened upon this well-located restaurant in the center of Epernay and enjoyed a lovely al fresco pizza lunch at Le Sardaigne. The pizzas were delightful, fresh, hand-made with inspiring toppings. The service was TOP NOTCH, with a smile and no... More
