Lovely restaurant

Ok I admit i thought it looked like a cafe from the outside however we had an excellent night in this restaurant. It was busy and the staff helped as much as they could with the menu (not helped by our limited French and there limited English). Excellent choice of red wine and champagne too! Our... read more

This was our 4th visit to La Sardaigne. Efficient and professional service, excellent food - good quality for its price.Vegetarian (though not vegan) options. Book or arrive extremely early - this restaurant is almost always fully booked.

We had a meal here on Sunday evening. We had not booked and there was room for us, but the place soon filled up. It's obviously a popular eating place and with good reason. There was a very good choice of food and drink and the portions were very good. Pizzas are made fresh and on a fire and there... More

Having had heavy French meals for a couple of days we wanted something simple and quick, at 7pm we were the first in the Resturant by 8.15 it was full. We had wine and pizza and it was great, the service was very good, polite and professional, the only negative thing we could write was that it should have a... More

This restaurant is more than a pizzeria with quite a wide selection of dishes on the menu. There is seating in the upstairs area and in the evening of our visit it was fairly crowded. The service was very good and whilst not in the realm of gourmet eating it certainly did the job.

Three of us were moored in Epernay and had one night there before sailing our boat on towards Paris. Le Sardaigne was just perfect for a hearty dinner (chicken and fish) washed down by some lovely local wine. We were able to chat for quite a while before wandering back to our boat through this lovely pretty town. This restaurant... More

.... Well so far. My wife and I wanted a night off french cuisine for our second night in Epernay, so headed to this place based on a recommendation in Lonely Planet. It did not disapoint. The pepperoni pizza was great, and the bacon and mushroom was even better. Highly recommended.

Busy but open later than normal French restaurants, great pizzas cooked on a wood-fired oven. Good atmosphere.

Me and my girlfriend had just arrived at Epernay for visiting some champagne's caves. We arrived at restaurant around 14h10 and the kitchen closes at 14h00. However, the waitress was kind enough to still let us having lunch! We went to 2 very delicious pizzas, which we just took around 15 min to get in our tables! We drunk a... More
