This is principally a fish restaurant, although my wife's steak was cooked to perfection. We were the only English speakers there-often a good sign. The dishes are well thought out and packed with flavour. There is a Euro 29 menu for 3 courses and our meals (we went twice) averaged just under Euro 90 with a decent bottle of local Chinon wine.... Four different local sources gave us this really good seafood restaurant near the beautiful Gare de Tours. Great menus chocked full of fresh seafood and BIG portions of delicious food. The vine list featured the best names of Loire at reasonable prices. Highly recommended!

We ate there yesterday. Saturday lunch menu 19.50 entree, plat and dessert. The fish soup... More

The food is local, mainly fish from the Loire, but also other local dishes which have often long been forgotten. The cooking is without additives, using only the finest ingredients especially butter and cream. It is not slimming! My... More
