Dinner at L'Odéon was one of the best meals we had in France, although, if it were not for other reviewers, I might have never gone in, simply because the dining room was empty, a potential warning sign. On a Wednesday night, there were only one or two other tables seated. Fortunately for us, we went in anyway without a... More

My wife and I had a lovely leisure lunch here. The food and service were extremely good, and the wines by the glass were excellent. The Langostine starter was excellent and big enough for a main course, which is how we ordered it. The Sea Bass offered a spectacular presentation, but in honesty the quality of the fish let down... It was a great lunch in a welcoming atmosphere. They were very patient with our little girls, the food was great, and the location by the train station was convenient.

We arrived on a Friday afternoon after a long flight. No reservation was made but were warmly greeted by the captain who helped explained everything in English, as no English menu was available. It's been newly renovated, bright, cheerful, and undoubtedly a high-end fine dining option in the evening. We had the 1 2-course and 1 3-course lunch menus both... More

We came here based on all the positive trip advisor reviews. The decor was fresh and bright, but my companion felt it was a bit tired and confused , as some of the colours didn't match. We were greeted by a friendly and enthusiastic waiter who instantly recognised our very ordinary French and spoke very good English. We decided to... More

My husband and I chose to eat here on our forst night on tours based on the glowing TA reviews. While the food is as good as the reviews suggest a few details let down the restaurant. 1. There was no music playing 2. The lighting is very bright and no candles-lacks atmosphere 3. We had to ask for water... More

We had a beautiful French dinner tonight at this classy restaurant in Tours. Attentive service & value for money. I would highly recommend a visit.

My boyfriend and I stopped here for dinner while staying at one of the chateaus outside of Tours. We came because of the great reviews we read on TA, and it did not disappoint! The decor of the restaurant is beautiful - understated yet upscale. The menu was entirely in French, but the staff spoke great English, and we figured... More
