Wonderful food in a nice setting close to the chateau. Excellent service but not inexpensive. Two hours for a three course dinner so this is not the place if you are in a hurry.

Ive never had a meal like this before. It was perfect. We took the set menu at 52 euro. Course after course, beautifully served by charming waiters. Amuse bouches served between courses, everything looked and tasted so good. Ive eaten in good restaurants all over the world but I dont remember one that comes even close.

We were visiting the Loire Valley Chateaux and I chose this restaurant that seemes to be gastronomix without being over the top. It was exactly that. The style of the restaurant is simple, elegant and creates a unique atmosphere of beimng home and served with kindness and attention. The food was superb (don't miss the foie gras) and the wine... The Hotel is intimate, romantic and outstanding. The staff speaks English and was extremely accommodating even after we checked out and returned to help a few hours later. The restaurant is wonderful.

Very confortable and very cosy Auberge. The food in the restaurant was superb and the staff really kind. Really good advices for wine and pleasant women at the desk but i prefered the breakfast ones. I definitely recommend this hotel - restaurant.

Just take the menu de degustation, but better take fish as I did. I heard one neighbour table complaining about the meat. They know how to make desserts you can not resist

We choose this restaurant mainly because my spouse is a vegetarian and they are one of the few restaurants in Touraine that has a dedicated vegetarian menu. While I do not expect service in France to rival that found in NYC, I don't expect to be ignored for most of the meal. We were seated at 8pm but were not... More

We were guests for lunch here. I thought the food was quite good. There was a lot of variety and a number of amuse bouche. Our host provided the wine from his winery which was very special. We had pigeon, rabbit and John Dory as mains. All were excellent. Can't remember the starters and a cheese course. Don't know the... More

This is a place for a special meal of exceptional quality...for which one will pay a high price. The food is perfectly cooked and well balanced with extra small dishes between courses that add up to a generous meal. The food has not spiralled off into the over elaborate absurdity that characterises some top end dining: it is subtle and... More
