Delicious Food

We visited twice, once with friends and once as part of a Biclycle (self- guided) tour. First time we had the house speciality of suckling pig. Particular recommend the entree of seafood tempura and spicy pickled calamari. 2nd visit we had less choice, but he food was still nice. In particular the... read more

Food is wonderful. The steak / entrecôte, lamb chops, fish, even burger are wonderful. There is a great selection of house wines by glass and some nice bottles as well. Open concept kitchen is done tastefully as well. Sitting downstairs is much nicer than upstairs but choose a table farther from the entrance. Desserts were nice hut overpriced. The waitress... More

GREAT food! You can see the chefs at work! GREAT ambiance! Good wine list! Smiling and helpful staff!...we don't speak much French and they were happy to explain the menu! Obviously very popular with the French....it was very buzzy and great fun!

I've decided to give this restaurant 5 stars - as much because of the surprise it gave. We were booked into the restaurant by our cycling holiday company and, on arrival, were given a table that was not the best situated and then presented with an uninspiring laminated menu. I confess I feared the worst. However, within minutes the restaurant... More

I'm amazed this is only number 22 on the list, we had the tasting menu here, 38euros with wine, absolutely delicious, slightly bizarre to be sat outside overlooking car park but I've got used to such things in France and we could have chosen to sit inside which was really nice. The food was fabulous.

Great food, very good wine! Had a business dinner with 7 people there, the restaurant bookes us a separate, nice & stylish "wine room". Great experience!

This is a stylish, but informal restaurant with a comprehensive menu and a pleasant atmosphere. The food, typical middle-of-the-road French cuisine, isn't revolutionary, but is well cooked and presented. The bill at about 90 euros was fairly reasonable - we had three courses each, which included foie gras and fillet steak, plus wine and coffee. The service was friendly and... More

Great food, decent wine list. Nice casual place. Servings are huge. Most just order main only. Friendly waitress.

Everything was absolutely delicious and the staff was friendly. They did however make it seem like a big deal that i wanted to change my side dish. I do recommend this place!
