A lovely find, although in the Michelin guide, if we are right it is not a starred restaurant. Wonder why? We went on Monday 26th Jan and found it to be very quiet with only six diners. The welcome was warm and the service was very professional while friendly. The menu all looked lovely but we chose the tasting menu.... More

An amazing experience. An excellent cost benefit. One more reason to visit Amboise. I strongly suggest to try the langoustines to start the gastronomic festival.

The French guests seemed to enjoy their meals very much. I had a little difficulty eating the "rabbit stomach cooked in its own skin" (or something along those lines). But the deserts were excellent and they provided some free surprises, which made things extra fun. I didn't leave hungry!

A great restaurant with lots of fine dining options. My advice, choose the Cheese Cart, you will not be disappointed!

We went there during our trip. By the critics we choose it. We asked vegetarian dishes and we were very well served. The desserts were very good. The service also. Everything in the good time! We recommend it!

For a Michelin star restaurant we were expecting a bit more. This is fine dining that just misses the mark on flavour. Don't read this wrong - the food is good (if a little over ambitious) and the setting in a sumptuous dining room overlooking the Loire is lovely. The service is attentive although not quite joined up (we had... More

We stayed and ate here before and while view of the river and service is good the food didn't leave up to our memories. There is so much going on the plate that no wonder the cook got confused and undercooked the fish. Likewise lamb didn't look very appetising either. Do you really need to shave the Aubergine and put... More

We were recommended to this as a "gastronomic restaurant". It is in a lovely location and considers itself as high class. But we were very disappointed with the quality of the food. The crab starter with an egg and foam and fried potato was a complete mess and lacked flavour. The monkfish main was undercooked and also lacked flavour. The... More

This restaurant was very close to our hotel & got good reviews, so decided to try it. The food and service was excellent. There are nice views from the seating along the windows. We had a nice cheese plate to end the meal. There was a mix of dress, but I'd suggest dressy casual.

We had a very nice dinner, nothing to complain, friendly staff, excellent Tournedos Rossini. Starter with shrimps khadwhatever could be a bit more seasoned. Great cheese trolley
