Plenty of good food on the menu is cooked by the 2nd and 3rd generation and served by the 4th generation of Albert's family, aka L'Zib. The pike à la crème is the house' specialty together with the Charlotte (chocolate cake with vanilla cream). If you don't want fish, meat is the only alternative. French cooking like you only read about in books. Certainly one of the best meals I've ever had in France. A Family run Restaurant still using grandmother's recipes. A must go to when you are in the Loire Valley!
