Good choice for dinner

We had dinner there last Saturday. Ordered the lamb and calf liver. Lamb was fantastic, very soft and cooked with pesto, which is not how we usually eat lamb, so it contributed to the excitement of the dish. We went to this nice looking place Saturday evening. Only 1 waitress was serving the whole restaurant. She was quite friendly but could not help with the wine at all. Also the choice of wines was very limited for the Burgund area (maybe 5 white and 5 red). The food was just ok. The starters (liver overcooked, snails - you... More

A lovely room with friendly service. A range of menus available, stariting at around 30€ for 3 courses. Be careful what you order, because many of the dishes are quite rich and it would be easy to overeat. But, whatever you order should be good. Let your waiter choose your wines for you if you wish, otherwise go and choose... More

we booked at this place on Easter Saturday, and we were happy that they still had some place.....we picked this place up due to the good reviews on Tripadvisor....so we were looking to have a similarly pleasant experience like other people on Trip Advisor.... Well, to cut it short, we were not disappointed.....the good was very good, the service was... More

enjoyed our Stay for dinner. Had the menu for about 30 Euro and some glasses of different wines. Worth to try.

We were with a tour group and were offered three main dishes. My partner had a salmon dish that was very good. I had Cocotte de Volaille Facon Gaston Gerard, which was exceptional. The table wine and dessert were equally good. The restaurant is small and very basic in its appointments, but that mattered little because the food and service... More

We were blown away by the high quality and inventiveness of the food. The décor was OK- not great, but the service was great. The décor was the only downside... just a little too bright and not quite romantic enough... Jonathan, our waiter, did a great job of making us comfortable and pairing wine with our dishes. We weren't expecting... More

Very nice! The meal was really nice and service just perfect. Place is elegant but not cheesy. A great time overall :-)

we had two three course meals. Which were terrible. The Tartarre the beef was uneatable and tasted after pure vinager and mustard. My Risotto was pure cream. The salads were not clean and had the same vinager dressing. Hands up for our waitress, who offerred some cheeses from the house. Ohja, wines are great!!

Maybe expectations were raised by the string of Excellent ratings on TA? Lunch was very good, but not a knockout. Service is excellent and friendly, food is good. We were very happy with duck, seafood risotto, and Mahi Mahi. The decor is a bit cold and unimaginative. You feel like you are in the back of a wine shop (... More
