Where to start? A word of advice, book the restaurant when you book the hotel. We arrived on the Saturday afternoon and there were several guests booking in who were disappointed to discover the restaurant was fully booked. Well done from start to finish. Every course was beautifully presented and better than the last. The Lamb and kale were crazy good!

Escargot, oysters and truffle...oh my! What is there not to like? From the presentation to the blends of herbs in each mouthful, I experienced an array of dishes prepared for my group that quite simply left me breathless! If you make the trip to Dijon, this restaurant cannot be missed.
