The food, ambiance & service could not be faulted. In particular, our waitress who spoke excellent English, enhanced the whole experience. We both chose the Discovery menu, & with the staff''s assistance chose an excellent local wine, which complimented the meal. Overall, we really enjoyed the whole evening.

My cousin and I had a delicious meal at this restaurant. Every bite was perfection. The service was just right--not over the top, but very professional.

Amazing food, and wonderful service, as you would expect! Four not five stars, as there were a few fLaws. Over-reliance on their red wine reduction in the tasting menu, and quite poor wine service (drips!). Meal for two cost just over €360 so we felt it wasn't quite worth it, although the food was excellent.

You do pay for quality. Thoroughly worthwhile and something we will talk about for some time. We took advantage of the inclusive menus and then was surprised by the number of additional appetisers that were included with the meal. Wine list excellent and advise of staff valued.

We came here with a very high expectation, due to the 2 stars. Fish was ok but not more...In my opinion at least a good piece of meat needs to be in the menue. The taste of the courses was not always convincing. Unfortunately this experience was disappointing, especially for this high price.

We stayed in the hotel which was very good and at the time of booking we reserved a table for the menu Decouverte with drinks. The food was superb, the wine beautifully paired with each course and the atmosphere was formal but relaxed. My favourite dish was the strawnerries with mustard and my partner said the slow cooked lamb was... More

Great atmosphere, nice set up in the dining room. We chose the menu decouvert with a bottle of Alsacian pinot, fish was very tender and the duck was very juicy. Waiters are able to communicate in English which was an exception. A pleasant journey in Dijon.

My wife and I made reservations at Restaurant William Frachot based on its two Michelin stars and TripAdvisor reviews. The waiters spoke English and were attentive almost to a fault. My wife ordered the discovery menu for 78€, and I ordered à la carte. Of course, we tasted each other’s courses as they were served. Not only was each course... More
