Escargot, oysters and truffle...oh my! What is there not to like? From the presentation to the blends of herbs in each mouthful, I experienced an array of dishes prepared for my group that quite simply left me breathless! If you make the trip to Dijon, this restaurant cannot be missed.

Second visit to dijon this year and this time we reserved a table in the restaurant a room in the hotel. Skipped the tasting menus and just ordered a 'modest' meal a la carte. We had so any amuse bouches and entremets they outnumbered the excellent main courses (milk fed lamb and sea bass). When we skipped coffee to go... More

My mom and I ate and drank our way through France and one of the highlights was dining at this restaurant. The food was beyond compare and the service was incredible. We don't normally eat at Michelin starred restaurants but our host/server was so very helpful and answered all our questions without any judgment, even though some of our questions... More

We went there for lunch with the discovery menu. Beautiful pre course with snails, then come with the starter. I chose the foie gras with truffle on top, wonderful match. The coming main course "fish" is sure the worse of dishes, too much water come from inside, though it is soft and smooth. Deer is very very great, grill outside... More

The meal we had was amazing, worthy of the two Michelin stars that this restaurant has. Every course was presented beautifully and tasted fantastic. The wine list was very good and had choices that were very affordable as well as those for the connoisseur of wines. We had a fantastic 1er cru Bourgougne for about 40euros. It did feel as... More

First class service, excellent, local seasonal menu of the highest quality beautifully seasoned prepared and presented. Fully justifies it's Michelin status.

high end restaurants are tricky, expectations have been the downfall of many pretenders but this may have been one of our great meals, congratulations to all involved, you'll just have to eat there, words can't express

An amazing place for special occasions. A combination of traditional and modern gastronomy in a modern decor. Excellent service. Waiters / sommeliers will suggest the best wines to complement the food you have chosen. I went there twice and I definitely want to repeat the experience.

We had family dinner here to celebrate my wife's birthday. The food was excellent, I loved the foie grass and the rabbit meal with squid, it was surprising but great experience. Sommelier was helpful and the wine he recommended was perfect. Time between the service was perfect as well, we haven't wait too much.I've ordered a cake in advance, we... More

This restaurant definitel needs to part ways with the attached hotel. It's like putting Petrus in a Motel 6. Very odd juxtaposition. Anyway, we had the 7 course tasting/degustation menu, which seemed to expand to 13 courses by the time the various starter and in-between bits were all brought. As far as the creativity of the various elements, the combinations... More
