Elegant, top-end restaurant with service and decor to match. Food was delicious with several "freebies" offered during the a la carte meal that we chose. (One of them wasn't very nice.... a warm beef tartare with an oyster foam/sorbet - horrid and I noticed many people wee not finishing it!). However, overall a really good experience in a lovely restaurant.

My girlfriend and i wanted to have an excellent lunch for our last night in Dijon, and the recommendations for Stephane Derbord is (as you can see) excellent. We arrived and was met by a very pleasant staff. We ordered the Country Cooking and Creation menu for 53 euros not including wine or drinks. After great delicious (and well arranged)... More

This restaurant should be considered the number 1 in Dijon. It is located near the city center, 10 to 15 walking minutes. Its decoration is elegant and harmonious. The food (and its presentation) is excellent. My husband and I had dinner there (reservation recommended). We chose the menu Country Cooking and Creation (53 euros not including drinks). We started with... More

My hubby and I drove five hours from Brussels to Dijon. After parking our car at the Mecure Hotel, we walked to the restaurant. It's a bit out of the way from the town center, however it is a pleasant tour. It was Easter Friday and the restaurant was full house. Wine Selection is huge as we could tell from... More

we came here for lunch for my birthday and were slightly dismayed by the lack of other diners. This meant that conversation was a bit hushed to say the least. It also meant however that we could hear every conversation that the front of house lady had on the phone at the desk just behind our table; interestingly, she kept... More

The tasting menu included noix de St. Jaques with pumpkin, hazelnut oil and crunchy salad, the main plate a roasted hare with incredibly rich sauce, black truffles, cabbage, and pain d'epices. Service was very helpful and attentive, and at the same time made me feel comfortable and "at home": warm interaction. Very fine wine list, but pricey; the Puligny Montrachet... More

The menus are definitely recommendable. For this level I had expected some more work on certain details (vegetables served for the starter need more attention) , but overall it was very good. The desserts were amazing, both in taste as presentation. Take some time for the most complete wine menu of Dijon! We had a €60 2010 Marsannay "Clos du... More

My wife and I stayed in Dijon for a few days this summer and had our last meal here. It was a great meal. We ordered the 3 course meal, and in hindsight, we wish we had gotten the 2 course version instead. The 3 course one is only 10E more per person so we thought "Why not?" We started... More
