A very good restaurant just off the Place Carnot - easy to find, especially with an ounce of preparation a la map. Food was superb but surprised that a pigeon cost €35. Beef Bourgogne was wonderful and overall this is a great place for lunch midweek.

Good and an exhaustive wine list. Food is hearty and classic. We enjoyed a leisurely lunch. The vintage wine we picked was okay. The overall experience was good.

Looks can be deceiving! Unpretentious! But wait until the food arrives! No wonder WSJ went ga-ga! All I can say is try the Lobster Souffle... You be the judge.

There aren't enough superlatives for this place -- outstanding food, extremely nice owners/staff, terrific ambience. Granted, we were there for a private event, but my friend would not have chosen this place if it weren't consistently this amazing. Definitely dine here if in or near Beaune.
