Restaurant on a side street - A street well taken

Small sized restaurant run by 3 women who put their heart and soul into what they create and how they serve it. Food was fresh, tasty and a picture on the plate. Our hotel recommended this place and made reservations for us. Reservations are a must.

A small but good bistro, situated in a cellar, painted in nice colors. Good atmosphere, nice food. We tried the assorted lunch dish. Goodies of all first courses the restaurant offers, accompanied with good bread. Everything tasted excellent. It could have been a perfect experience if only the waitress would have been a bit friendlier. She seemed to be fed... More

Well worth searching out this small restaurant for great French cooking with an eastern touch. My generous portion of tuna carpaccio was served with a dab of wasabi and the main course of lamp meatballs had a Middle eastern flavour. Everything served by a friendly efficient lady who took care of all the diners single handedly. Booking in advance is... More

This is a a small restaurant with food beautifully prepared and presented with taste in mind. The prix fixe menu has a good range of delicious choices. The four of us were very happy with main choices: lamb meat balls, cod pad, sirloin with cheese, duck; appetizers anchovies pastry, quiona with haddock, tuna tartar; dessert: panacotte, brownies with walnuts (nothing... I make it a point to dine here every time I'm in Beaune and it never disappoints. The best way I can describe the cuisine is classic French dishes riffed in a creative, modern interpretation. Warm, personal service even when I made them keep running down to the cellar for my party of 7 Burghounds last visit. This is such... More

We dined here in early May & got a table easily on a Tuesday night by calling at 6:30. Rick Steves gives Le P'tit Paradis a very good review & perhaps we felt set up for something better, but we expected more than the experience we received. The menu is limited & there is one server to manage 10 tables... More

This place is a bit hard to find, but it is worth looking. It is small, but with a really interesting menu. Not traditional French, but every item was appealing. I little Thai influence maybe. I had the Tartare Tuna and if was perfect, followed by the lamb meatballs. I am from Australai where we have N abundance of lamb,... More

The food is excellent in this small (10 tables) restaurant on a side street across from the Musee du Vin. We had the pollack plate, and it was cooked to perfection. The wine list included a very nice premier cru Chablis at a very reasonable price. Be sure to make a reservation at least a day early. They seem to... More

This our second time dinning here. Our first visit was five years ago and now the second time and the food was again exceptional. A small restaurant that you must reserve ahead of time to ensure a table. We had a 7:30 reservation and by 7;35 al oust all tables we taken. The hostess is a very charming woman who... More

This tiny restaurant iin a side street across from the Wine Museum is managed by a lady with a great personality. Friendly, joking, efficient, no nonsense service of amazing food from a menu that changes daily. Choices of entree, main and dessert were all delicious and pesented very nicely. Single setting at each of the 10 or so table so... More
