Late lunch, still good to go

Went there quite late for lunch, their were kind enough to let us eat. However, the specialties were off limits. Disappointing, but the classical galettes where quite good.

I t isn't in Saint Malo, and that's a plus for me. I hve been visiting Saint Malo for 48 years and it just gets to be more of a rip off every time. In the late60s it was a tourist town, but it is now oure piracy. Take your choice - eat in the Place Cateaubriand and pay through... More

There's a very useful parking area for panoramic views and photo opportunities. Only requires 10 minutes, a good chance to explore the local lanes.

The place was advised to us by old friends who know the area quite well. And they all told us to get crepes here. We're glad we followed their advice :-) Qua crepes themselves: excellent, they're perfectly done, with the right amount of ham/cheese/ whatever you want on it. And f course a bit of butter. Qua service: very friendly... More

This restaurant was in a great location, crepes, both sweet and "meal", were the best we have ever had. Service was pleasant and speedy.

Went there on recommendation from the Petit Chatelet guest house, as it was supposedly the best "creperie" in Brittany. While that might be an overstatement (but I can't prove it as I've not explored the entire region yet), the galettes were indeed really good. We chose the standard stuff (ham, cheese, egg, mushroom), which come at a bargain 8 EUR.... More

Had luck and got a place around 8 PM on sunday. We both had a Galette and a Crepe each. All of them were very good, and not swimming in fat like in some other creperies. With 2 more drinks we paid roughly 30€. The place was quite crowded and the service girls worked on their limit but handled everything... More
