Filled me right up

Cute restaurant on the south wall side, far from the tourist hive by the carousel gate. Well, as far from tourist as anything in the intramuros, I guess. Arrived just at opening time, the owners & staff were just finishing their dinner. We thought they were patrons and felt bad when they hustled... read more

go here lunchtime ,order a 3 course meal in a lovely atmosphere in a beautiful walled city. Located slightly off the beaten track but near the city side gate entrance. Worth searching for you wont be disappointed.

I had a dinner at this restaurant, the night before Marathon de la Baie du Mont-Saint-Michel. They provided a very simple "Menu marathon" (escalope de vokaille au confit de tomate et ses tagliatelles + fromage blanc aux fruits) for 12 euros. It was suitable for preparing the race.

We wanted to find somewhere we could take our children for mussels and we chanced upon this restaurant. We were the first people in at 7pm and the staff were very welcoming. The waitress patiently listened to my shaky French and was very helpful. She was efficient and great with our children. The food was great. Our kids were amazed... More

We chanced upon this little family run restaurant - the husband is the chef and his wife at the front and doing all the service. It was a very good and generous meal and Madame was very pleasant. I would go again next time sim in St Malo

I chose Le boujaron for lunch for a party of 13 after reading previous Trip Advisor reviews. We were not disappointed. Well worth a few minutes walk round the walls to the Porte de Dinan. The food was excellent , service friendly and efficient. As it was a Saturday the "menu du Jour" was a little pricier than weekdays, at... More

We were walking the ramparts on a day trip from Jersey and were looking for somewhere for lunch. This is a small restaurant/bar in a quieter section but next to the walls. The menu is partially translated into English and there is a daily specials board at a very special price for 2 or 3 courses. We had to leave... More

We found this restaurant as we walked along the ramparts. We took a table outside and basked in the late summer sun - just intra muros. Service was good. We had just one course with a beer for lunch. The lamb casserole was exquisite - the best I have tasted in years. My partner had the moules mariniere which she... More

We ate here twice whilst on holiday in saint malo, and each time it was very good, we chose the daily set menu, a starter and main or dessert and main for €15. The steak was very tasty, with potato wedges and salad, followed by tarte tatin, we also had a bottle of house white wine which was very palatable
