We found this restaurant as we walked along the ramparts. We took a table outside and basked in the late summer sun - just intra muros. Service was good. We had just one course with a beer for lunch. The lamb casserole was exquisite - the best I have tasted in years. My partner had the moules mariniere which she... More

In just for the day and had a really nice lunch with wine off the set meal for the day. Service very good and an excellent atmosphere. Price was good as well. When my French gave up their English kicked in. Nice.

We ate here twice whilst on holiday in saint malo, and each time it was very good, we chose the daily set menu, a starter and main or dessert and main for €15. The steak was very tasty, with potato wedges and salad, followed by tarte tatin, we also had a bottle of house white wine which was very palatable

We found this place whilst walking round the walls. It had an attractive look and we had a super lunch. Moules and pomme Frits and I had the monk fish, really good. Ice cold beer, and really good house rose wine. , nice price and very smooth. Very charming interior ( we chose to sit inside as it was a... More

This attractive restaurant serves really excellent meat. Four of us all had something different, but we were all delighted. The restaurant (and toilets) are all wonderfully clean. Friendly service.

Went here for dinner, when most other places were already closed. It was easy to reach, close to the city walls, open late in the evening. Spacious, original design. Friendly and fast service. Good quality and value food. We will be definitely coming back here.

The restaurant is right next to the Porte de Dinan inside the walls. It has a pleasant atmosphere but the food is nothing particularly special. If you're okay eating basic rotisserie meat (beef, lamb, pork, chicken) with simple side dish, it's fine. If you're looking for a meal with more depth, then I'd recommend elsewhere.

Gorgeous lamb brochette, super salad and dressing and loved the salt you could choose from. Very cheap to eat here and a delighful change from other touristy places.

Visited this restaurant on the last day of our holiday and wished we'd found it sooner. It's quietly situated at the corner of the Rue Dinan and Rue Saint Philippe, just next to the Porte Dinan. We ate a la carte, more cheaply than the prix fixe menu at another St Malo restaurant and were absolutely delighted. The food was... More

Went here especially after reading reviews. We were disappointed. Starters were very nice. For main course I had the pork and my husband had the assiette rotisseur. The huge rotisserie (vertical grill) was lit but we never saw anything cooking on it. My pork was a generous rortion but just average slices of roast pork and my vegetables were tinned... More
