We chose this restaurant as our son was keen on the burger menu. However, I had the best meal of my holiday here - scallops in a creamy sauce with rice and salad - delicious! All cooked perfectly! The service was also very good and now planning our return visit!

The staff were friendly and very helpful. The menu had a good range of food. We can heartily recommend the slow roast pork, pate and salt cod gratin. Our waiters advice on wine to go with our meals on our 3 visits was always spot on and he never tried to force an expensive bottle on us. We'll be back... More

Arrived without a booking on a Wednesday night, and couldn't get a table inside... but they were happy to park us outside, and we ordered a drink while waiting for a spot to free up. It's quite a large place, and located strategically just inside the city walls on Place Chateaubriand, so a great place to watch the passing parade... More

We only wanted a drink and snack during lunch service, but nonetheless we were given a table and made to feel welcome. My husband lingered here whilst I hit the shops- this wasn't a problem.

Always end our holidays in France here with sometimes a meal but always one of their excellent blonde beers. Very crowded at times but it adds to the atmosphere. Food and drink of good quality and service very prompt.

The staff were helpful, the food was good, the wine was good, the view from our courtyard table was good, the atmosphere was good, the company was good. Overall we had a good night but it just didn't quite earn the €200 bill for two courses, one half bottle of wine and a couple of beers between three people. Having... More

We have been going to this restaurant for over 6 years and have never been disappointed. At first glance it's position indicates that it is just another tourist trap, but it is quite the opposite. We come here all year round and even in rainy February it is always busy. The food is varied, well cooked and always served hot... More

We arrived a bit late 10pm and they serviced us with great diligence and nicely. The food was excelent for adults as we'll as for the Childers. The entrecôte was excelent. Great desserts.

L Yet again this lovely little restaurant in the ramparts of Saint Malo excelled. Food good as per usual service with a smile too,all in all a fair price too for good food and wine. Our two poodles were served cold water without even asking for it.well done and I can see why you are always busy, we tried elsewhere... More

First time in St. Malo and really spoilt for choice of attractive restaurants. Busy atmosphere and great people watching spot. Very efficient staff creating friendly buzz and the rare steak couldn’t have been better. Sadly no room for a second course.
