Excellent first crepe in Brittany

I just arrived in Brittany, so this was my first crepe but it was excellent. Ordered the formule, menu of the day which included 2 crepes, a bowl of cider and cafe. The crepe de sarrazin was crisp, even on the bottom and I could taste the butter that had been used on the grill. The dessert crepe... read more

Took our little ones in here to sample some Breton cuisine at lunchtime and we all loved it, great friendly service. We had to wait a few minutes in the rain for a table as it was very busy but it was certainly worth the wait. The crepes were exceptional and we suggest you visit!

Loved their crepe La Dolmen with goatcheese, you got to try it! The lunchmenu with one gallette, one crepe, cider and a coffee is also good value.

We visited Brittany for 5 weeks in the spring of 2015, and everywhere we went there were creperies, so we had lots of experience with crepes! On our visit to Creperie du Quartier, we had the galettes (main dish, served on a ble noir, or sarrazin crepe) for our main meal, with a side salad. The care taken to make... More

We found the creperie on our first visit into Quimper on a rainy Saturday. We were drawn to it as it was very busy and full of local people. Although I have visited France many times this was my first visit to a creperie. My crepe filled with ham, cheese, onions, tomatoes topped with an egg was delicious. Too full for... More

We were recommended this Creperie by our Hotel, but it was queued out the door when we went to try it. When we wandered into Quimper on a Sunday evening and realised how few eateries were open, we were delighted to see it open and with tables. The delightfully friendly owner, gave us perfect service, which was quick, efficient and,... More

We were heading out of the rain in Quimper and decided to go into this place. A huge tour of people came in at the same time but the owner found us a table straight away. We ordered our crepes and he brought them over very promptly, informing us he hadn't wanted us to wait until after the huge tour... More

We had a very enjoyable lunch here on our first day in Quimper. The staff were very friendly, inviting us to try the local aperitif 'Kir Breton' The 10 Euro menu was tasty and very good value. We finished off with a local digestif, possibly spelled 'l'ambique' and will definitely visit again when we're next in Quimper.

A very nice small creperie in lovely Quimper with the kitchen right in the middle. We sat at the back up a few steps from which I could watch the young cook make the crepes at which she was extremely quick and talented. We both had the 10E menu which consisted of a Crepe Complete (ham, cheese, egg) to start... More

We got a table outside and were able to order our crépe after about 15 minutes. We waited for our dishes for more than an hour - the longest we had to wait for service on our three-week tour of Brittany. The crépes that finally arrived were extremely dry and tasteless with only a dash of filling!
