I went with my wife and kids for lunch. My wife had moules which she said were superb. I had the meat which you cook yourself on the hot stone. When my plate came it had raw beef and turkey on it beside the potatoes and salad. The idea is that you cook the meat and put it back on... More

Had a great meal here with a starter of escargots with moules et frites for main. Both courses were superb and the staff were very helpful with their advice. Though our french is ok the staff were more than capable and helpful to patrons with little command of the lingo.... Wouldn't hesitate to go back....

Happened across this restaurant by chance and so glad we did! The restaurant decor is pretty stylish and the staff were very friendly with an excellent command of English (if that is important to you!). We were offered menus I either French or English - we went French which was totally manageable! I have never seen such a choice of... More

A brilliant restaurant which has a lovely atmosphere and where the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The food is excellent and varied - a huge choice of moules with lots of exciting flavours, steaks, meats and seafood and you can also choose to cook your own on a hot stone. The dessert menu is also very extensive with both... More

A very popular restaurant with the locals, good food and superb service. We had Moules Frites and Entrecôte Steak, absolutely delicious! Moules are served in various different sauces, I chose the wine and cream, definitely one of the best Moules dishes ever eaten. Steak was large and beautifully cooked, tasty, juicy and full of flavour, all helped down with a... More

23 different menu choices for moules. The classic moules marinieres were excellent. A little small but a large helping of over 100 and very tasty. Took a while to eat them but a most enjoyable experience. Couldn't fault the friendly and prompt service. Think I'll try the "Moules au chorizo" on my next visit.

We arrived at 7:30, famished and glad to find a restaurant open that seemed family-friendly. Food was all great (we got mussels, mushroom scallop risotto, a kids meal, and the gourmand salad), but we were not served until 9! I understand the French enjoy eating later meals but with hungry kids sitting around for an hour and a half was... More

We had a huge pot of moules/frites & a green salad to go with it. These moules were from Normandy & tiny; but they were very tender & flavorful. There were so many of them, it took us an hour to eat them all. An excellent value in a quaint restaurant. Good service. We were there early, about 7; but... More

Thank you for sharing your experience, we feel happy that you spent a nice moment. It was not the high season for mussels, but now we propose local mussels "de bouchot" from Cancale. See you next time ! More

Ly Lycorne (The Unicorn) is a great restaurant in a great little town. There are 25 varieties of mussels on the menu. I selected Moules Provencale and was rewarded with a bucket of 800 grams on moules. I substituted a green salad from the pommes frites. Others in my party had Salades Lycorn, which were very good. The place was... More
