I took 2 friends for a birthday lunch today. We sat overlooking the Port Dinan. The serving staff was pleasant and attentive. When the food arrived it was divine!! Every course was beautifully presented and to top with fresh ingredients. It was delicious. The owner of the restaurant is also very charming and attentive to his customers. He heard it was... More

We walked in on the busiest weekend the fête de ramparts and we warmly welcomed and immediately seated on the terrace which was delightfully cool as it is adjacent to the river rance. We had the set menu. Which was very good value and delicious at 16.90 euro per person for a 3 course meal. Moules frites was great. Good... More

This restaurant is in a quirky little building which, as you go in and down the stairs, you realise is actually part of the bridge. It is charming and the staff are friendly. We were dressed casually but that did not present a problem. The young waitress practised her best English on us and explained a couple of menu choices... More

We have been visiting the Atelier for six years now and I realized that I had not written a review. We are charmed. The host and his staff are always super friendly and welcoming (the best experience is if you speak French). The food is delicious with a small, eclectic menu of dishes and the most divine Tarte Tatin (which... More

We arrived late on a Thursday night, and were seated on the Terrace which is lovely and airy, with a view of the river. They were out of many items because of the hour, but we found the Salmon carpaccio, fumé mason absolutely delightful, and as an entrée was plentiful. We also enjoyed the haddock in a casserole with vegetables... More

Went to Dinan for wife's birthday, saw reviews for this little gem...rang and booked for dinner. Really disappointing choice, remembered when we came to Dinan 5 years ago the selection was poor. Two of the three in the company wanted fruits de mer. No chance. The starters chosen were really strange. The main course choices were even stranger. The only... More

This was an amazing little find - we were looking for a restaurant which served moules frites and picked this one as it looked nice (!) however once we were seated the waitress explained that they were not serving mussels as they were not in season locally - we contemplated moving to another restaurant but stayed as we liked the... A good lunch; friendly and helpful staff and an excellent menu. Food enjoyed included moules and pork in mustard... Lovely view overlooking the river. The ducks fight for any scraps you throw in the river!!

We love this place, and go there regularly. The staff are wonderful and friendly. Food is always good, whatever you have. Reasonably priced and lovely surroundings. You won't be disappointed here!
