Second time we have been for diner and twice it was excellent and plenty full. We had a great time. The chef speaks fluent English and the service is great too. We'll be back.

We thoroughly enjoyed lunch today at this restaurant. An excellent choice on the set menus and good quantities of food too. We sat out in the "passageway" beside the restaurant which was a peasant experience on a hot sunny day, with a nice view towards the cathedral too. Very friendly and helpful waiting staff. Recommended.

Excellent meal with regional products. The cook is an artist. It was nice to meet him after the meal. Price are fair for this quality. The restaurant is great !

Slightly difficult to find but worth the effort. The dining room has a cellar feel about it and provides a cozy atmosphere. The menu was meat-biased ( delicious duck) as you would expect in Perigueux. The clientele was a mix of locals and tourists. Very pleasant staff. A nice evening.

Probably the best restaurant of seven we tried in Perigueux (and they were all good). Despite the fact that a large party of French Rotarians had booked for the evening the service was still first class as was the meal.

This is a great restaurant with a real Chef en cuisine, which can be rare these days (he even comes to your table to take your order!). Set in a beautiful medieval dining room, the place is stylishly decorated but the atmosphere remains very friendly and easygoing. The food is simply gorgeous: fresh, seasonal (a customer was suprised not to... More

Part of the seating area is within an ancient(16th century) vault albeit with a highish span, but a few people might feel a bit claustrophobic. All the dishes we had were very interesting and recommendable, and for a good restaurant not over-priced.
