We had dinner here by chance on our first evening in Biarritz, went in because it was practically full, and went back for our last dinner a week later. Both times we had excellent meals, beautifully cooked fish, good starters and tasty deserts. The bistro is fairly small, decor is simple and no frills, the service good and friendly and... More

Went here for lunch based on tripadvisor reviews. Took 2 kids (4 and 6) who were well catered for and not with just a standard nuggets and chips. Recommend the set menu which changes each day as its great value and good food. Very relaxed atmosphere and fabulous lunchtime meal

Chose this restaurant for our one night stay over in Biarritz, generally overall it was good. I had the Hake Bake with salad and it was very good, my husband had the Beefsteak and that was average. The staff were friendly and attentive and the wine was good. Generally Biarritz is expensive so this is reasonable and value for money... More

We checked out this restaurant based on other tripadvisor reviews. It was easy to find and looked like a decent local bistro with good options for its 24 euro menu. If you are looking for value for money, this is a good choice. Decent food, generous portions but nothing out of the ordinary.

I did not go here with high expectations like the previous reviewer. I would say that the vibe is not great, the decor is a bit cheap and a mish mash of decorations that were poorly put together. They need an interior designer! Anyhoo the food. Entree was a prawn dish and it was fantastic. Would love to know what... More

Saw this at No 7 in the list so we're thought we'll try it out. Expectation were high but generally that was not meet. Food was fine but that was it. Service was OK, strange to know why it is where it is on TripAdvisor list. There are so many more fulfilling restaurant in town.

Great local food, casual setting, great prices. Everything we wanted our first night in Biarritz. The garlic shrimp were great. I even tried chipirons or calamari. So good here that I ordered it again during the weekend at a different restaurant. The duck breast in cherry sauce was excellent and the portion was huge. The creme brulée was really good... More

I've been living in Biarritz for a couple of years, and only recently discovered the Bistrot Biarrot. It has quickly become my restaurant of choice (in a place where good restaurants are not lacking). In an ambience that is perfectly relaxed and informal, one finds here excellent ingredients transformed into mouth-watering cuisine with skill and care typical of more pretentious... More

Ate here on sat 13th Oct. Fabulous and great value. Waiter did not speak English but we were given English menu to explain food. The best meal we had in biarritz. Loved it.

We arrived in Biarritz by train at lunchtime on a warm late September day and set off to find the Tourist Office and somewhere to eat outside that looked as thought it might be good but wasn't too expensive. Heading for the former, we found - by chance - the latter, i.e. The Bistrot Biarrot, having decided against several pavement... More
