Very happy with this restaurant. They kept a table for our group of 14 people. The atmosphere was a lot of fun and very lively. We had the tapas which was very good. The neighbourhood is also fun especially on Wednesday when there is a large market right there. A fun place where we all had a great time.

The best thing about this restaurant was being able to walk in to it without a reservation on our first night in Biarritz. But there was a reason for this............the service was of the "couldn't care less" variety typical of a busy tourist area. The food & wine were acceptable without being memorable. It may be convenient for the City... More

My girlfriend and I came to this place because it looked rather nice. It is by the main food market and seems to have a good menu. We were sat in the main part of the restaurant (where the majority of the tables are) and it was unbearably hot. The air outside was quite nice, but their kitchen was heating... More

Dinner here was recommended by our hotel (that I believe had a financial interest in it -- that is not always a bad thing). We found it to be just an average bistro -- close-together tables, harassed servers; good food at competitive prices. However, I very much like even average bistros. Just nothing memorable, except for the chaud foie gras... More

I like to have breakfast here. Good quality bread and pain au chocolate. Very busy on weekends with Tapas. Located in the heart of Biarritz near Le Halles makes it a good place to stop around the shopping.

I love this restaurant and have eaten there a fair few times in the last couple of years and it has never faulted. The best idea is to share lots of tapas with friends and a couple of good bottles of wine and you will be delighted with the taste sensations and the service.

Although not overlooking the ocean, this restaurant is a gem. Everything was cooked to perfection, and the portion sizes were decent. I went with both of my parents and we shared the calamari in squid ink rice, duck confit, warm foie gras and local oysters. Also conveniently located right next to one of the best markets in town!

Just across the street from the newly renovated market place, you will find this pearl of a place. First you will see it, it tables and high armrests on the street, usually full of people. Then you will hear it. All sorts of Basque, Spanish and French food, a reasonable wine list with some surprising highlights. You might order tapas,... More

We ate here for dinner after a recommendation from a friend. As we'd had lunch, this place was perfect as we could eat as little or as much as we wanted, but it was all so delicious, and we tried sardines, calamari with black rice, and entrecôte,and finished off with cheese. Service was very prompt but we lingered with wine... More
