Delicious food and attentive staff

An excellent meal, highly recommended. Very friendly and helpful staff. Delicious food, notably the fish and steak. An interesting menu. A pleasant atmosphere: well spaced tables and attractive artwork. Dont be deterred by the location, slightly off the beaten track. Hope to visit again.

Had dinner here with family and was overwhelmed by the hospitality of the staff and the good quality of the food. Everything from the starters (fois grai and the ravioli) until the mains (Turbot and seabags) was perfect. Will definitely go again.

We have been in Biarritz for over a week and had some great meals but this one stood out as the best. The food was really tasty and beautifully cooked without being pretentious. This restaurant is a little off the beaten track and so not frequented by as many tourists as some of the others and so really needs to... More

Recommendation to go for a 5 plats tasting menu perfect idea. Starters foie gras and raw tuna fresh and delicious, main courses seafood and tournados wonderful. Local wine, vintage 3102 (!) brave choice but worth taking a risk. Conclusion with mango sorbet, rashberry macaron and warm chocolate cake completed a perfect dinner.

Great little place and wonderful service. Seems like a place the locals go when the tourists flock to the beach area. Best meal we had in Biarritz.

Our first introduction was good as staff were very friendly trying to fit us in on a busy Saturday night, and were just as helpful when we got there. The menu had great options and our foods was delicious. One of our group was coeliac and the staff were understanding. Cocktails and wine were delicious and while it wasn't cheap,... More

On a Sunday many restaurants are closed - 'ferme dimanche' we were 20 minutes to soon for service, so we had their house Sangria Blanche - 5euro. Very pleasant. Along with this was smoked duck and ham slices. Very good. Our choice was the five course taster with matching glass of wine for each course. Here we go...... Frois gras... More

We arrived into Biarritz and looking on trip advisor saw the enormous choice of restaurants and reviews. We had asked our hotel to make a reservation at le pimpi or the number 2 rated on here. Sadly both were closed on a cold Sunday night early February. Not a surprise! We asked the hotel to make a suggestion and reservation... More
