The host at our hotel suggested that we try this restaurant. It looks like a little 'hole in the wall' but did we ever have a great meal. This is a wine and cheese restaurant. If you like trying different cheeses you are in the right place! They had a wonderful selection room and I must have tried 15 different kinds. Little bits with plain bread and a glass of wine. It was quite heavenly, but then cheese is my second favorite food on earth.

The food was alright and honestly nothing to wow about. Great selection of wine but seriously how much cheese can one eat. I felt 3 kgs heavier after all the courses. This is quite touristy as I didn't see any locals dining and probably a one time experience only. Once for me and enough.

I love good cheese and wine and this was my place. The service was very nice, professional and helpful. The cheese cave option, where you can have what you like from more than 100 cheese varieties, is a great experience. And the Saint Emilion was very good and reasonably priced, as expected in Bordeaux.
